What is inside the wafers?

Inside are little candy balls. The size that you would sprinkle on top of a cupcake. They are blue/orange and white in color. There is really no taste other than the sugar. When we were kids we called them flying saucers.

How do I store this? When does it go bad?

They keep a long time. I take them out of the box and put them in ziploc bags or like a cookie jar or tin. I keep some out and store the rest in the pantry. Hope this helps.

Is this sour in an orange box or plain in the yellow box?

Came in the yellow looking box that's in the picture. They are sweet, not sour. Outside of candy is pretty bland but melts immediately in your mouth and then there are little sweet candy balls in the center. I like them a lot.

How many calories per candy?

The box says 120 calories for "about 24 pieces" per serving size.
