Review: Best headphones I have discovered yet. - I am very peculiar about headphones. I'll explain why these are the best I have found so far. First off, I have never cared for wireless headphones. "Typical" wireless headphones fall out/off when I sweat, period. Well, they used to. These have a bit of weight to them, which I find outstanding, they are over-the-ear, and they are behind the neck. Which means they STAY IN PLACE while running/working out (and they sound decent too). I want to point out the cons of other headphones to show why I've come to my conclusion. Over the head bands tend to fall forward or backwards on your head while working out. Over the ear without a band headphones fall out/off of my ear while running. In-ear headphones fall out of my ear after sweating. I've had behind-the-neck headphones that were wireless that "wound" up for easy storage and when I wore them, they would "wind" up and away off my ear immediately (completely useless for working out). I hated those the most. So, I've mostly stuck with corded behind-the-neck headphones because they were cheap and they stayed put on my head. And the cheap headphones I had, the cord was too long, so it would always get in the way, or get caught on something all the time (like public toilets, yuck) and the sounds was mediocre at best. But they worked. However, these solve ALL of those problems. The great: The stiff and foldable "strap" behind-the-neck keeps the speakers over-the-ear in place and they don't rotate at all on my head. The weight of the speakers keeps them from bouncing off my ears. The padding is soft and good. While I was running, I didn't have to think about the cord swinging around or re-adjusting them due to movement, I almost forgot they were there and was just listening to music. It was amazing. The bass in these are pretty great for the price. The battery life is amazing. It feels like days of watching YouTube and working out before it needs to be charged. I don't normally mess with the buttons on the side, but I do know that when I am watching Youtube and I accidentally press the speaker button, the YouTube video pauses for me, and the volume buttons work as expected. So, there is great functionality for those that use it. And they stay in place while running. Did I mention that was the most important thing to me? As long as these are made, I will buy them whenever I need headphones. Now for the not-so-good: As others have mentioned, they do seem to be made for smaller/normal type heads. I typically wear a 7 5/8 hat, meaning I have a pretty big dome, and most of the time I don't feel the "tightness" of the strap hugging the back of my head, but it does happen once in a while. I know that sounds kind of weird that it sounds like my head changes shape sometimes (I don't think it does), but it is what it is, and it only happens once in a while. Another nit-picky thing is that it takes between 3 and 5 seconds to turn off and on. Which granted isn't a big deal, but I sometimes miss the first (up to 20) seconds of a video (while watching 2x speed) and it's a tiny annoyance. I have to realize they are off, hit the button to turn them on, wait for the "doo-doo-doo" (increasing higher in pitch), and then connect, "beep" (and it connects really fast as well). Last little con, my ears were kind of warm while running. It's not lost on me, that I can have medium sized, cushioned, over the ear headphones and not have that act as an insulator for heat for my ears (unless there is some miraculous new technology). I just wanted to point it out. Again, these small annoyances are miniscule in comparison to the utility and sound of these headphones for the price. I absolutely love these headphones! UPDATE: I've ran a few times now, and I think because the volume button has the slightest amount of play, it almost sounds like there is something lightly bouncing around in the right ear (the side with all the buttons) while running. I am learning to ignore this. It's not terribly distracting for me, but it's there. I still love these headphones so far. UPDATE-UPDATE. I haven't run for a while and recently got back into it. I haven't noticed any of the "something lightly bouncing around." I actually forgot about that noise until I stumbled on my review again. So, your mileage may vary with that noise. And by the way, almost a year later, I still absolutely love this headset. So, pro-tip for the manufacturer, a little gasket or rubber piece for the volume button would make a nearly perfect headset. 3rd Update: I bought 2 more sets, so I could have a dedicated set for my computer, another for my workouts, and I got one for my son. (I recommend labeling them somehow). I did notice my oldest set's charging port or the charging cord (micro-usb) seemed to have gotten a little worn and had a harder time finding the right spot to charge. However, the world is moving to USB-C, as they were on the charging port for the new pairs I ordered. And I am not going to buy a micro-usb cord just to try on my older headset. So I am just going to use the old headset until it doesn't charge anymore, then get a new one with USB-C. But the good news is that it should be about 3 years for original headset (and potentially longer with a new cord).
Review: Decent sound and volume for the price - Hehehe I also got these to replace my Motorola 305s. I think those were the most lamented model of behind the neck headphones ever to be discontinued. I used my two pairs every day at work for almost fifteen years. I kept waiting for the batteries to fail, and they just kept on going. Every day without fail. Good news: Although these haven't stood the test the of time yet, I think that I have found the replacements. I have tried quite a few different behind the neck headphones, and have always been disappointed. The sound quality and volume are very good for the price. They paired easily with my phone, and So far, I have not experienced the jitters and intermittent loss of signal that I have found with others. My phone supports a dual connection, and there is no loss when my truck picks up the connection. Although I haven't tried it, I like that these headphones will accommodate two phones. This would have come in handy when I was working. I had a personal phone and a company phone and would have loved to answer both over a single set of head phones. This is something the 305s never did. I am used to behind the neck head phones, and find these quite comfortable. The earpiece covers seem quite durable. I wore out so many "Puffs" on the 305s that I eventually gave up. The headphones stretch to accommodate my large head, and a single ear piece can be readily be comfortably flipped over the ear to answer phone calls. For those of you who are used to the over the head style, these might take a little getting used to. They are comfortable to wear around the neck when not in use, an unobtrusive. Again, for those of you that are not used to wearing headphones around your neck, this may take some getting used to. They are firm around the neck and head, and I doubt they will fall off during strenuous activity. I have not been able to effectively evaluate the noise canceling feature, but calls are clear and crisp, and I have not had anyone (So far) complain about me sounding muddy or distorted on the other end. I get a battery level when I look at the device on my android phone. This is important to me. I charged the unit when I first got it, and so far, am running on the same charge after three days. While this may not seem like a long time, I assure you that I put these things through their paces in that short time. I honestly expected to be disappointed again. It was a pleasant surprise when I wasn't. The only downside for me, is the minimalist controls. (hence four stars out of 5) I'm used to having separate controls for each function. I'm pretty sure, once I get used to the controls that I may like them (almost) as well as the 305s. :D

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Sound in a Ultra Compact Design
*by G***A on October 10, 2019*

Short story: I bought five (5) of these--and will likely buy more! They are of unbeatable quality for the price and ideal for many different uses. But what makes these headphones really shine is their back-of-the-head design which makes them perfect for VR headsets! Long story: I've been looking for a new brand of headphones to replace my aging fleet of Sony DR-BT22 Bluetooth headphones which I have been using for just over a decade now. When these first came out there weren't very many quality Bluetooth stereo headphones available that could fold and fit in the palm of your hand. And with a reproduction frequency range of 17 to 24,000Hz the Sony DR-BT22's still remain some of the best sounding compact headphones around. But they are very flimsy and break rather easily. I've literally gone through over a dozen of these in the last ten years and their lack of longevity prompted me to finally search for a new model to replace my three remaining units that still function. Since the late 1980's my number one standard for headphones has been a frequency response range with a minimum and maximum of 20 to 20,000Hz. This is generally considered the audible range of human hearing. Second, I need headphones compact enough that I can take them everywhere and stash them in close quarters, like a jacket pocket or glove compartment. Lastly, cost: I use multiple sets of headphones for different equipment (computers, cell phones, VR goggles) and different locales (home, work, on-the-go)--so they need to be cost-effective enough that I can purchase multiple units. Enter the Besign SH03: they fit all my criteria, and they sound really good too. Now, even though 20 to 20,000Hz is what the majority of us can hear, each person's hearing is different. So sound quality is really a matter of individual acceptance. The Besign SH03's aren't in the same universe as a Sennheiser HD 650, and they don't sound quite as rich as the Sony DR-BT22's...but they don't need to be either for my daily use. That said, I do find that the Besign SH03 at louder volumes to maintain fuller over-all sound than the Sony DR-BT22's, which tend to rattle more as you oomph up the decibels (probably due to the fact that the construction of the Besign SH03's is much more sturdy and tight than that of the Sony DR-BT22's). And while we're at it, there are two other things that the Besign SH03's are better at than the Sony DR-BT22's: (1) they charge using Micro USB as opposed to Sony's proprietary AC charger; and (2) they fit on the back of your head as opposed to on top of it--this makes using VR goggles much easier and less cumbersome. There's nothing quite like watching Avengers: Endgame on a VR headset using these headphones. And at a cost of under $25 per unit, I purchased three specifically for the three VR headsets that I own...then I got two more to swap during the week listening to music and taking the occasional phone call on at work. I can't say enough about these headphones. They are really a great find here on Amazon. And if you register on-line you can get two years of warranty service on them from Shenzhen Besign Technology Co. Ltd. It's refreshing to have a company that actually communicates with you--I've had a dialog with them for the past couple of days since registering. But as I said, it's really all a matter of individual acceptance...so get you a pair and try it out. For the price and Amazon's return policy you can't go wrong!
