best small steamer I have found
this is the third "travel" steamer I have purchased because I gave away my iron and ironing board years ago. this is the best because: the removable handle holds the water so you can refill away from the electical cord when the machine is hot; the size of the steamer covers a lot of ground with each stroke and the location of the handle keeps your fingers away from the steam.

Really Handy!
Super convenient product! As a mom of a newborn and a toddler my laundry often gets forgotten in the dryer. This was super quick to heat up and did a great job getting wrinkles out of clothes!Set up was easy, however, I did have to twist somewhat hard to attach the water canister to the steamer. This is probably a good thing as it is a tight fit once it’s on!

Don't buy!!!
Piece of junk. I believe mine had been returned by a previous purchaser. It was just thrown in the box which had previously been opened. No travel bag was included as stated in product info. The water tank wouldn't attach and the plug in the water tank after it was filled would not seal, for these reasons I never could try it out. I read all the reviews before I purchased this item so those reviewers must have received a different steamer than mine. Needs to be thrown in the trash because if I return it they will just send to another buyer. So I guess I'm out the money. What a disappointing waste of money. I do not recommend this product.

Does a great job, easy to use, easy to refill
I decided to really put this steamer to the test with a recycled cotton skirt that has been shoved toward the back of the closet since last winter. The skirt is badly wrinkled, particularly along the hemline where it got scrunched up a bit. (see pic 1 for Before)I'm really impressed with the job the steamer did. It handled a really rough job well. I used the steamer over most of the skirt as I have always done, with the steamer inside the garment, facing out, slowly pulling it down along the fabric in sections. This did very well for the majority of the skirt. When I got to that pesky bacon-shaped hemline, I broke out my mini ironing board and used the steamer like an iron. It flattened that hemline right out. The skirt looks remarkably better afterwards. The steamer handled a job that probably should have been done with a flat iron but I wanted to really test it. (see pic 2 for After)So, there are a couple of small cons. The hole through which you fill the water is much smaller than I think it needs to be. I had to pour in a very thin stream to not overwhelm it. It's a minor detail but I'm mentioning it. The other minor drawback is I could have used a little bit more cord. Not a ton. Maybe only another 6 inches. I am testing this at home where my outlets are near the floor. This is a travel steamer that would probably be used in a hotel where there would be a readily handy waist high outlet. However, I do intend to use this at home. Just to freshen up an outfit the day before I wear it. Things get crushed in the closet and I'm most likely to want to steam them shortly before I wear them. The pros definitely start with how powerful this steamer is. It can put out some good heat and a lot of steam. It's ready to as soon as it is plugged in. Heats up immediately and is ready to steam right away. The water reservoir pops on easily and removes easily when you want it to. It did not come off unless I pulled it off. The attachment is secure. It is a small reservoir but if you are only doing one or two garments you won't need to refill it. The head folds down for easy storage and it would take up very little luggage or storage space. It weighs very little and has a nice, thick handle which is easy to hold even if you have weak grip strength. Also, I am really happy with the price point. I've had more expensive steamers than this that didn't do nearly as good a job.I think this is an excellent value. It is perfect for freshening up clothing quickly and easily.

convenient and useful
I needed a new clothes steamer after the one I had bit the dust. The one I had was handheld, but still big and awkward. So while this one is described as a travel steamer, I got it to use at home. No reason why not!The size is small and compact. It is simple to use. You just fill up the water compartment and snap it back into place. It heated up quickly, although when I used it immediately after turning it on, it wasn't hot enough and spat water out. I gave it only about 10 more seconds and it was ready to go.I tried is on a very wrinkly wool sweater and it worked great! See before and after pictures.Definitely recommended!

Heed the other reviewer's warnings: this product is prone to failing
I thought there was enough of a ratio of good to bad reviews to justify the risk of buying this product. I was wrong. This steamer broke the third time I used it. I followed all the directions on the package and it made no difference. I live abroad and bought it while traveling in the US and now I can't return it...wish I didn't take the risk

Love the compact size. Perfect for traveling or small steam jobs.
The media could not be loaded. I stopped going to the dry cleaners for my husband‘s shirts a few years ago. It did not take me long to discover that I am not good at ironing and it is not an option for me. I moved onto handheld steamers, and I find them to be perfect for my needs. Because he does not wear a dress shirt every day I don’t have much to steam so I love to have a smaller more compact steamer that is not sitting around taking up a ton of room. It is also pretty attractive compared to other steaming devices I have had in the past. I love the way the steamer folds in half for storage and I love that you can add extra water easily while the steamer is still on if you prefer. So when first trying this steamer out, I was keeping it too far away from the clothes to be effective. Once I pressed the steamer to almost touch the clothes, the wrinkles fell out much faster and with more ease. The amount of water in the steamer is enough to steam one to two shirts, depending on the size and wrinkle level. For me the benefit of the steamers’ small size outweighs the fact that it is not the absolute most powerful with a large water capacity. I really like it, I think it is a great value, and I would recommend it to people who do not steam very often. It would also be perfect for travel, and I would not hesitate to pack it on any trip just in case, and it’s size allows me to do that.

Never worked
It never worked the steam never came out and the water started leaking because the water container won't lock tightly.
