Es una comentario sobre el que recibi, erroneamente, y de sus circumstancias. Lo segundo, que al contrario que algunos comentarios que he leido, que nadie se haga ilusiones y piense que esto es una faja "magica" y que sin poner nada de su parte, se va a perder peso: el que se crea eso, es que esta delirante (el que algo quiere, algo le cuesta - y si no estas dispuesto a hacer ejercicio, mejor no lo compres y emplea el dinero en una pizza o lo que te guste comer)Habiendo dicho esto, pasemos a lo que sucedio.Hice el pedido bajo una oferta para una faja con cremallera frontal. El envio fue sin problemas, en las fechas indicadas, nada de lo que quejarme en ese aspecto (10 sobre 10: 10/10).Para mi sorpresa (aunque no tanta porque ya le habia pasado a alguien pero me "arriesgue"), lo que recibi fue la version sin cremallera (como aparece en la foto). Con esta informacion (porque luego se vera afectada por la comunicacion con el vendedor), un 2/10 (porque ya le habia pasado a alguien pero al menos no me mandaron una sombrilla - no es tanto una broma, porque algo similar me ha pasado ya con otra empresa en otra pagina web).Pasando a evaluar el item recibido (que no el que habia pedido), lo veo adecuado. Digo "veo" porque estoy decidiendo si devolverlo. La talla se ajusta a la pedida (segun la tabla indicada en las fotos). Es una faja de neopreno, sin mas (de nuevo, no es magica!!!). Da la impresion de que hara sudar una vez la persona se ponga a hacer ejercicio. Los colores son como en la foto. Es comoda (para lo que es). Tiene 3 costuras (1 en la espalda y 2 a los lados) que parece estar bien acabadas. Y uele un poco (pero bueno, es una faja de neopreno) pero nada del otro mundo. Con todo esto y sin haberlo probado haciendo ejercicio, le daria un 5 o 6/10 (por que? porque es una valoracion a simple vista - sin haberla usado pero que podria cambiar si lo hiciese).Y ahora lo que me decantara a devolverlo o no.Me puse en contacto con el vendedor y me respondio rapidamente (1 dia mas o menos) pero me redirigio a Amazon porque es Amazon el que lo gestiona (LaLaAral o XINSH - es un vendedor externo). Les explique que lo que quiero es recibir el item correcto sin tener que pedir una devolucion (de dinero) y comprarlo de nuevo porque ya no esta de oferta y el que me enviaron es (y era bajo la oferta) mas barato que lo que pague. No mucho, pero es ya por principios: un item de 22,99 se quedo en 17,99 y recibi uno de 15,99. Lo entenderia si el error fuese mio o no me hubiese gustado o algo parecido, pero en este caso es problema es del vendedor y unicamente del vendedor (ha enviado el item incorrecto, entonces se deberia hacer cargo de su cambio; cambiar! que no devolver!). Aqui Amazon (un 10/10 a su servicio de Atencion al Cliente - en este aspecto solo tengo buenas experiencias) me comunica que al parecer el vendedor tiene este item concreto (CON cremallera) fuera de stock, pero les digo que en ningun momento ha aparecido como fuera de stock y que incluso ahora esta en stock. De todas formas, como me temia, no hay posibilidad que el vendedor me envie el item correcto sin que lo compre de nuevo (a un precio mas alto que cuando lo compre). En este caso (ya sea Amazon por como ha implementado el proceso o acuerdo con los vendedores externos; o el vendedor externo mismo), un 0/10.Me fastidia porque hay algo que no entiendo a no ser que las empresas juegen con la dejadez del cliente para no perder tiempo y porque implica, creo yo, gastos innecesarios (una empresa vendra a recogerlo, procesar la devolucion del dinero, etc) y porque, dada la situacion actual, el hacer salir a la calle a la gente innecesariamente en vez de hacer las cosas bien desde el principio (si no lo tienes disponible, no lo anuncies como tal!).Total, que voy a devolverlo y ... comprare en otro vendedor aunque me cueste mas.
