The Legend of Korra Turf Wars Part Two

The writing is superb. Artwork is superb. Plot is well paced and organized beautifully. I’m living for this continuation of one of my favorite shows.And swoon! I finally get Korrasami feels!

I am a 39 year old man with 2 young daughters ages 5 & 7. I try to find shows and books for them that are not painful for me to sit through. The three of us and my wife to a lesser degree are hooked on Korra. We’ve watched the series many times prior to hearing it was continued in these graphic novels. We’ve read a few now and with the kindle and it’s comic book features it’s just a ton of fun. Young kids love it, but there is plenty there to process and think about for adults. I guess officially this is supposed to cover Turf wars book 2 but really you cannot go wrong with any of the Korra graphic novels!

The story gets better and better. Can’t stop reading it. If you want a story that’s exciting and with depth this is it.

I hate having to wait for part 3 because I am ADDICTED and this comic series is SO GOOD. The Korrasami is beautiful, the art is beautiful, the story is fascinating... I just wish each book were longer. 60 ish pages is not enough!

Turf wars part 2 is where the action begins! Turf wars part 1, was only a set up to something spectacular. Things are heating up against Team Avatar and The Triple Threats' Tokuga in the fate of Republic City.The team behind the graphic novel did a fantastic job, (i still wish the colouring job was done a bit better. It does get cleaner near the end, but hope they continue that in the next issue.) But overall I love this part, if you weren't happy with part 1 of Turf Wars because of its slow pacing and plot, part 2 has you covered! :D

Overall the story is a welcomed continuation for the series. The only slight negative I found was a slight change in the art style from the cartoon's. The change wasn't too jarring, but the faces of the characters are noticeably different.

This is the second volume in this continuation of The Legend of Korra. My favorite part of this series is getting to see Korra and Asami's relationship continue. There is a complex political atmosphere. The series follows all the main cast, but everyone is doing their own thing. I like when the gang comes back together. The parts of this series each feel like just parts of a larger story instead of complete stories.I look forward to continuing this series. I give this second volume a 4.5/5.

La historia es bastante interesante, desde espíritus a asuntos políticos y bandas callejeras. El arte de la portada me parece hermoso

As comic de Avatar sempre têm aquela sensação de ser só uma continuação, mas como eu amo os personagens da Lenda de Korra e o ship Korra e Asami pode ser mais explorado, to tendo um carinho especial por esses eplíogos da saga. Mas se for analizar a história de Turf Wars é só mais um vilã q a Avatar tem que lidar, sem grandes questões.O quadrinhos em si está no padrão das primeiras publicações da Dark Horse, para estante talvez fique mais bonito a versão compilada, mas eu prefiro essa de capa comum para leitura.

Reall good I liked recommend it a bit expensive but the other parts are very cheap. If you like avatar U will like this

I really enjoyed reading this and the other 2 chapters of this series would highly recommend if you liked the Tv show, they are easy to read especially as I’m dyslexic I’ve ordered the next set in the series!! 10/10
