My daughter opened about 40 presents on Christmas before getting to this one. When she opened it, it was the only toy that she would not put down. The voice is really cute and it is very sweet. It’s hard not to want to pet it and make it blow kisses. Amelia loves to say “Hello” and my daughter still finds it funny after she has said it a thousand times! I found the glitter to be outstanding, as its very pretty but doesn't come off all over the place. Her little blue hair is also soft, and I like that she responds when she’s rubbed on her head. According to the manufacturer my daughter is too young for this product (2 years old), I agree if you don't want it broken or lost. Other than that it’s a lot of fun, I have purchased more as gifts. We also have the white with pink hair (Sophie) and Pink (Bella). I wish I could have purchased all glitter fingerlings as they are my daughter and I favorites. My 9 year old cousin received one as well and loves it. The glitter fingerlings are Amazon exclusives so we are on the lookout for more! Prime shipping was fast, even close to Christmas.

I really wondered if these would live up to the hype as "the gift of the year" this past Christmas, but this Amelia glitter monkey is cuter (and bigger) than I expected! It makes so many cute sounds and responds to your touch. It's really fun that different Fingerlings interact differently with one another! After stalking several stores in person and online, I was SO happy to find this at a fair/regular retail price on Amazon, instead of the overly inflated prices some places charged (I love you Amazon!!!). I agree with some other reviewers that the glitter on the monkey is a bit rough and sandpaper-like, but it's totally worth it! It makes the monkey so much cuter (and more rare....the glitter ones are only available on Amazon). My granddaughter won't go anywhere without it and brags to all her friends that hers has GLITTER!!! Best purchase this Christmas!

MY 5 year old loves these. I find them hanging from our artificial trees sometimes. It's really funny to walk in and see a bunch of colorful monkeys just hanging around. The batteries on one of them already died. We've only had it about a month. Luckily they are replaceable and are very affordable. Yes, these are the hottest items for this Christmas. No,they're not worth the crazy jacked up prices some people are selling them at.. but my little girl loves them so I'll keep buying them until the new fad comes out, lol.

These are cute but every one that I've bought has the same issue.. the paint comes off the hands and feet after the first time you play with them. The face is hard plastic made of the light color, but the hands and feet are painted on.They really don't do much at all, honestly. I guess you have to be a child to understand the attraction. I can remember being little and wanting some doll or toy and feeling like it was the coolest, cutest, thing and you just have to have it. I think it's the look of these that attracts the kids and not so much their function. Once they have them and realize they don't do much, they may or may not lose interest. In any case, do not pay the outrageous prices. These come back in stock all day long, every few hours. Also, be sure to only buy from Amazon if you're ordering here... not a third party seller. Make sure it says "ships from and sold by amazon." Too many are selling fakes and/or shipping empty packages.

I bought like 7 of these for Christmas last year. They are super cute and the kids loved them. Only con the noices they make are irritating. But they aren't loud or anything. So great gift. I purchased 2 monkeys, unicorn, sloth, dragon, and raptor( different brand i think)

Very cute. The blanket is wonderful because my daughter thinks all of her stuffed animals/dolls/fingerlings need to be tucked in with their own blankets. The glitter is a little lumpy in places, but overall the quality is good.

I really just don’t understand these things! We got this for our daughters 4th birthday. Really, it is just annoying. Maybe we aren’t using it right, but it doesn’t seem to “interact” with us it just makes annoying noise constantly. The glitter comes off on our hands too. I wasn’t impressed with this at all. And our daughter played with it maybe a day or two.

I bought four different Fingerlings to give as gifts for Christmas 2021. Waited too long last year and they were out of stock. These are so adorable and I’m sure my granddaughter’s will get much enjoyment from them!

Es un juguete muy entretenido, con multitud de respestas a los sonidos y movimientos que le hagas cuando lo tienes enganchado en el dedo. Ocupa poco espacio y mis hijas están encantadas con él. No se lo quitan del dedo. Se engancha bien al dedo, sin apretar demasiado.Viene bien embalado en su blister.Este mono es la versión brillante, con purpurina, pero no la pierde como suele ocurrir en los productos que llevan purpurina. En resumen, un buen compra, aunque estos juguetes de esta colección me parecen un poquito caros, especialmente que los que tienen purpurina cuesten 5€ más.

Eigentlich als Geschenk für meine Tochter gekauft, aber meine Frau hat mehr Freude damit!
