The plastic back is so much better than the other material they absorb loads and bulk out nice when wet but are also super discreet under clothes and you can’t really hear them moving they don’t really leak either they fit perfectly and great value for money and super comfy

Comfortable and do what they need to do. Discreet and a good solution to a stressful problem.

The fit was perfect. Absorbancy was fantastic. Great value for money. Good quality product didn't effect the skin. Highly effective for double incontinence. No leaking at all. Would recommend.

The quality was awful, they are not like the Tena Slip Super that is made of a special kind of fabric but these were not comfortable at all. They are plastic! Yes! I felt like I was wearing a plastic bag, the size and fit was absolutely awful it was sweaty which is not good for bed sore and moisture breakdown. It was most certainly not easy to put on as there’s no shape to it it was so flimsy! I didn’t think it was worth the money I paid. This product needs to be revised.

I wear these during the day for urinary and faecal incontinence. They are not the most absorbent but are less bulky between the legs. I find them more discreet to wear than some other brands. I do not wear these in bed as they seem a bit prone to leaking when lying down. I need thicker more absorbent nappies for overnight.

Excellent Tena Nappies very absorbent and comfortable to wear both day and night.Easy to put on and take off.Easy to check when wet with front indicator.They do the job designed for.

They cost a little more but it is worth it. They have never leaked on me at night or in the day and hold quite a lot. Can comfortably wear them for 24hrs without needing to change. They do bulk as expected after quite a few wettings but if you have briefs over the top they mould to the shape so look less noticeable in public. They do rustle as plastic backed but it really better to rustle than leak like the 'breathable' backed one do. They are great for side sleepers too as the plastic sides seem to be much better at preventing leaks. Look good on too even once they are soaked, they do sag once at capacityunless you have support on, very comfortable to sit in even once very wet. Best everyday nappies on the market.

I have been buying these for years however recently the tapes will not stick. This obviously makes them almost unusable for everyday life. I have been going about my day and then I hear/feel the tapes unstick resulting in me needing to quickly find somewhere to change or risk a disaster in public.I think for peace of mind I’ll be buying different ones from now. I just can’t have them doing this. It’s such a shame as they were my go-to brand.
