Perfect for using when RVing
This is just what I needed for traveling in a Travel Trailer. It breaks down into 2 manageable pieces that fit in our storage compartment. It's not the fastest chair out there with only two 250 watt motors but speed was not a requirement. Walking is an issue and this allows me the freedom to go places that I have been unable to enjoy. Additionally I can walk my dogs w/out scaring them, slow enough that they can enjoy the exercise and they don't fight the leash. I haven't made any long jaunts yet but I will be and I will add to this if there is any additional information that will affect the review. So far though I am happy to have made the purchase and would again. Further review: I originally ordered this chair because it disassembled and I needed that feature most importantly. I like to go to casinos when we travel and at all the casinos we have been to, it's a long way from the parking lot to the poker room. This chair has been a huge life saver. It has really improved the quality of life for me. However, and it's a small however, there is no way on Gods green earth that this will carry the rider 3 mile, let alone 25 miles. Especially if they weigh 250 lbs (like me) or more. Maybe if they weigh 100 lbs. and want the 3 miles. Further, the ergonomics are a little cramped being designed more for the Asian user (smaller stature) than us oversized Americans, so the knees are a little uncomfortable when sitting for long periods. Having used it now for an extended period, learned how to best carry it on (not in) my truck and how to secure it to the folding carrier, would I buy one again? IN A NEW YORK MINUTE. If you can deal with the weight, learning curve, and short range (about 1 1/2 - 2 miles) then I heartily recommend this chair for the walking impaired. Be advised that the reduced distance is probably due to the carpets in the casinos. On hard surfaces it does do better. IMPORTANT UPDATE: I broke one of the locking levers by doing something stupid. In all honesty I figured that I was screwed as it was difficult to find the information to contact the customer support to get a replacement part. When I finally found a phone number I called several times and it was always busy. I finally used their email, ([email protected]) and they responded very quickly, I made sure that they knew it was my fault and offered to pay for the part. They asked for a picture to verify the needed part and then SENT ME ONE FOR EACH SIDE, NO CHARGE. Other than making the contact information more obvious (it's in the manual), I am really impressed with their customer service. I will be buying another chair for my wife when it's needed.

So Far So Good - More To Follow ___ GREAT PRODUCT
Looked at MANY of the advertised chairs and decided on this unit. The price point is within our budget and we were not looking for the latest technology frame material. Rather, something well made and long lasting. EASY to start with and appears to be all that they wrote about. We will be using it heavily over the next few weeks and I will be writing about it once more. It feels well made and structurally sound. Batteries are easy to install. Charging is easy and straight forward. Operating the chair is easy and the joystick is quick and simple. It does coast about a foot or so after releasing the stick, but that was noted by others for this chair and other chairs as well. I would be concerned if the chair just slammed to a stop -- it might cause issues. Since we will be shipping it on several planes as we travel I have been getting creative about assembly/disassembly for shipping. I may put it into a protective bag of some sort as I know they usually just throw our bags around etc... Getting an extra bag for the back of the seat is a must. There are many and you will have to find the one that fits your needs. __12/2023____ Took the biggest trip with it -- GREAT TIME -- you MUST get a cover for it to ship on a plane. I did and it protected it from damage as they "threw" it around. One can get covers made for it and then use a strap - buy them here - around bot ways to keep it on. This chair is really well made. Controls are fine, it turns out the operator needs better practice when using it, The chair just does what it is told. it does not stop immediately as it is not meant to. it coasts for a foot or so and that is controllable by the operator. I would recommend this product and state firmly that anyone using it PRACTICE often. 8_2024 -- STILL going strong. Have had NO problems with product (driver is another issue) and it goes everywhere. Have been on multiple plane trips. YOU have to carry the batteries with you as carry-on luggage but that is no big deal. I bought a big cover for it and then straps to wrap it with. Zero damage that way.

BUYERSโ REMORSE - TWO MONTH FOLLOW UP REVIEW
My initial review was one of joy and excitement for making what I thought was a very wise purchase. Two months later I find myself with a worthless investment that is not even usable. MyPerfCare miseries started one evening when I was showing off my one month old wheelchair to a group of guests. much to my surprise the rear wheels on the right and motor begin emitting a high pitch screech. The squeal was not enough that it could be heard throughout our two-story house.. to make matters worse the chair soon separated, and detached from itself. Iโm certain the locks rolling correctly to hold it here together, but somehow that chair came apart! No problem I thought, Iโll just call Perfcare and get Tech-Support on the phone. Surely theyโll be able to help walk me through the problem. Much to my chagrin, I couldnโt find anybody called] to ask for help. There was nobody at Perfcare to answer my calls or respond to my emails. Fortunately, Amazon has been trying to resolve the matter, but here I sit with a Perth Care wheelchair tha is spent literally hours and hours searching for just the right electric wheelchair. . I needed a high quality wheelchair that was reasonably priced and backed by a company that cared about me being a @satisfied customer. As I opened the box I could tell that this was a quality product. The welds were smooth and the instructions were easy to follow. Even more impressive was the phone call I received all the way from China. Within six hours of the wheelchair being delivered, the seller called to make certain that I was satisfied with my purchase! And, they spoke in perfect English! ONE MONTH LATER โฆ. BUYERโS REMORSE? One month after purchasing my wheelchair it now sits in the corned of my garage gathering dust and spider webs. 1 The joystick became skittish almost beyond control. 2.The wheelchair makes a LOUD SQUEALING sound when the motors are turned on and in gear. 3. My phone calls and emails to the selller are going unanswered. Thank goodness for Amazin/kjk.

Safe, comfortable, sturdy chair
It was for my aunt, who had a hard time walking, and the wheelchair arrived at my house very quickly. One of the best things about this electric wheelchair is that it comes with two powerful lithium batteries, which means we can go hiking all day without worrying about the battery running out. The wheelchair is very easy to fold up and can be disassembled into 2 parts and loaded into the car for transport, and I like that it can be switched to manual so I can push my aunt around where there are many people. The joystick is also very maneuverable and easy for her to use, there are multiple speed stages to choose from, making it suitable for any terrain, and the seat and backrest are very comfortable, which I believe she is safe in this chair. I like this chair very much.

I like the machine, but the joy stick is very sensitive
I like the maneuverability of the machine. I like the comfort of the cushioned seat I like the foot rest I like the fact my tank holder fits on the back of the machine without dragging the ground. I am an active 87 year old female with COPD. The 10 liter tank I use fits nicely in a mesh bag tied to the back of the machine. However, with the weight of the tank and my weight, I'm very slim, the Joy Stick seems very sensitive to the slightest touch. I wish it weren't quite so difficult to manage. However, I'm determined to get more comfortable with it. I wish the battery would stay charged longer. I do have a question. Should I keep the machine charged when not in use? Or does it run down the battery? Thanks, KM

Great product
I have waited almost two months to share my review of the Perfcare motorized wheelchair so if any issue arose I could report it. I am very happy to report that I am exceedingly pleased with this product. I have had no issues at all. I purchased this wheelchair for my mother who has recently moved into an assisted living community. This Perfcare motorized wheelchair gives her the freedom she lost after losing the use of her legs. This wheelchair is very well built. The welds are exceptional as is the painted finish. The tires are solid so I will never have to worry about a flat. Every part of this product is quality and well designed. I can fold it up and put it into the cargo area of my suv but my wife would have some difficulty doing so. This is where the wonderful feature for the ability to break it into two separate pieces sets this wheelchair apart from the others. She just disconnects two wires (very quickly and easily done) then moves two levers to unlock the halves and it easily becomes two thirty pound parts and it is just as easily reassembled. The battery lasts for about a week before you need to charge it and this is with the traveling my mother does most within the community she lives in. The motors are absolutely silent and the joystick controller is solid and very easy for her to use. I have seen a couple of other motorized wheelchairs similar to this style (portable, foldable) and their quality is nowhere as good as my mom"s Perfcare. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I gladly recommend this product.

Greatly Satisfied
This Perfcare black electric wheelchair is an excellent choice for me although I am only in month one. At the beginning the order process easy. The chair extremely well packed was deliver by FedX. No problems. After uncreating the machine all parts were present. Set up was simple. There were two issues but they are resolved in a fast process. I did initially have trouble getting a good work number but that was resolved too. The problems or issues were: a lever had to be bent back to itโs intended position. Perfcare provided me with a professionally done video explaining the process to fix. Ultimately all it took was a pliers to align the lever. The bigger issue for me was the controller did not work correctly. Very touchy. Perfcare immediately sent me a replacement and that too makes the chair ready to allow me to be functional. While it was somewhat disappointing to have a delay the professionalism of Perfcare got me going. Knowing I could return the chair if not fixed helped to ease my mind. I look forward to many trips outside my house now that I have a strong FAA battery approved wheelchair that is speedy and I think well made. I will provide an update after six months or so to see how my experiences are coming to fruition. Five stars earned because of excellent customer service directly with Perfcare and product build.

BEWARE of this dangerous chair
Initially I LOVED this chair. It took me a little while to finesse my use of the controls because they are very sensitive, but the battery had good life and it is a comfortable chair. Now however, it is the worst. I was riding happily along as Six Flags when the chair fell apart on me and dumped me on the floor. The arm and side of the chair just came off from the rest. Luckily I had a large group see the incident and help me get the chair to be stable enough to get me to my car, but then it fell into even more pieces as it was put into the car. BEWARE!
