It's GGGGGREAT! (Tony the tiger) Honestly it does taste pretty good. I like it.
Not bad at all! My favorite flavors in this are 1. Fruit Loops 2. Chocolate 3. Cookies n Cream 4. Frosted Flakes 5. Vanilla. 1, 4 & 5 are the easiest mixing. I use a cheap shaker (see pic) easy to clean with a bottle brush. Wow, brush your teeth after you drink this as it will stick to your teeth. Drink this before every workout, hike, etc. to avoid muscle pain and build your muscles up. 30 grams protein per scoop, 18 scoops per container. See pics for ingredients. Low carb, high protein. Scoop size is 47 grams of powder. Mixes easily in milk.

Pretty good for protein powder
This is a pretty good flavoured protein powder. The scoop was lost deep in the powder and had to be fished out. I just eat the powder directly in very very tiny bits over time instead of making a shake, but i did make one and it could have been a lot worse, it was almost like milk in taste and texture.

BEST TASTING EVER
This is the best tasting protein powder I have ever had and I'm not lying. It is difficult to mix, but even so, the taste is really amazing. I wouldn't say it tastes like frosted flakes, but it's really good, maybe a sweet cereal milk? My new favorite.

Does not dissolve with a shaker
I don’t know why or how there are so many positive reviews. If you use a shaker for your protein powder, you’re going to be sorry you bought this. The absolute worst chunkiest protein powder I’ve tried (and I’ve tested a ton). Does not dissolve at all. I guess I’m going to have to use a blender to kill off this tub. There’s a reason this is cheap. Flavor is meh.

Not Frosted Flakes flavor
This protein powder does not taste like Frosted Flakes cereal. Does not taste bad neither, taste like cheesecake, just not the intended flavor. At least it’s not chalky and easy for my body to digest. Although it’s not that easy to mix and tend to clump. Sadly, I have not taken them long enough to determine quality to build muscle.

Great product and taste just like frosted flakes
Love this it tastes just like frosted flakes. It also makes me feel full for longer. I have texture issues and the texture of this was never an issue.

It’s good 🤷🏽♀️ but not GRRRRRRRREATT! 🐯
It’s good! I was more excited about it before I tasted it but it was still a great product. Doesn’t taste like Frosted Flakes to me, more like a glorified vanilla but it tasted pretty good when blended with some mixed frozen berries post leg day. I probably won’t get it again cause any vanilla will do to be honest. Lol if anything you’re paying for the marketing in the container in my opinion. But the protein per scoop was really nice to have especially for the cost. Wish it was a 30 serving container but that seems hard to come by now unless you spend $40-60 on a container. All in all, it was good but not Tony the Tiger GRRRRRRREATTT! Lol🤭😅 (sorry I had to)

A Sweet Spin on Protein Power: The Breakfast Boost You Didn’t Know You Needed
If you're like me, finding a protein powder that doesn't taste like cardboard can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. Enter the Whey Protein Powder Plus in the flavor of Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes. It's like they took the essence of my favorite childhood breakfast and packed it into a post-workout powerhouse. Honestly, the taste alone makes it worth a try, but there's so much more to it than just a nostalgic flavor. First and foremost, let's talk about the protein punch this powder packs. With 30 grams of high-quality whey protein per serving, it has seriously helped me up my muscle game. Whether I'm recovering from an intense workout or just trying to maintain my gains, this has become my go-to. Plus, the added 6.7 grams of BCAAs are a fantastic bonus for muscle recovery. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in post-workout soreness, which means I can hit the gym more consistently without feeling like I've been hit by a truck the next day. Another unexpected perk? The immune support. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it contains vitamin C and zinc. With the changing seasons, it's reassuring to know that my protein supplement is pulling double duty by not just helping with muscle recovery, but also giving my immune system a little boost. Mixing this up is a breeze. I usually blend it with almond milk for a creamier texture, and sometimes toss in a banana for an extra treat. It’s perfect post-workout or even as an afternoon pick-me-up when I need a little extra energy. If you're looking for something that combines nostalgia with nutrition, this might just be your new favorite supplement. It’s like a little trip back to simpler times with every scoop, but with all the benefits of modern nutrition science.
