Steenbergs Natural Almond Extract 60ml

I’m a keen baker and cook and have tried many brands of almond extract, this by far is the best almond extract I have used. It has an intense flavour, aroma and taste, definitely worth every penny. A little goes a long way.I have replaced many of my recipes from using vanilla extract to almond extract and I have been very happy with the results , from custards, ice creams, smoothie bowls, baked goods and many more.Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I did not like it at all, and on top of it I had to buy two bottle (minimum purchase) I haven’t actually try baking with them (will update hopefully one day)It is very liquid/watery and it seemed as if there is so much ethanol (at least for me) cause the strong taste and scent amplify when I mixed in into my batter. Not at all what I am used to with all other brands.
