It is so rare to find a book about Indian contemporary ‘tribal ‘/ folk art that gives full face and respect to the artists as individuals . This book achieves that with insightful text and stunning portrait photography . Banjara embroidery and appliqué is superb and this book does it full justice . Highly recommended
