I've watched a lot of reels promoting this product so i bought it , but now i highly recommend every one to not buy this product since it will only damage your fingers no matter how strong you are , and the quality of the product is worse , the threads from the band started to wear off within 5 mins of use and the rubber strong and durable (check YouTube reviews too), but most importantly you may damage your fingers joints , do not harm your fingers trying to grow your forearms which will also wouldn't work, this is just a failed product somehow promoted wrongly, be safe gymbroskis
