I have to sleep with a sleep mask. I'm always searching for a good one. I do have one requirement and that's the nose pillow. I need that otherwise the light will get through. This one has the nose pillow. It's very comfortable on the face. I love that the eyes are not touched by the mask. The hollow in each eye cup is deep enough that they do not touch my eyes.The one thing I do not like is the elastic band is wide and no matter what I do, it sits on the top of my ears and it's irritating. My ears stick straight out and it's uncomfortable and for that reason, I can't wear it. No matter where I place the mask straps, they sit on top of my ears. I do have a thinner face and small head so I'm not sure if that's why but if the strap were thinner, I feel that would help that issue.
