Poor Quality, Serious Safety Concern.
The immersion rod developed cracks within just four months of use. I did not expect such poor quality from Orient. Since this is a water-heating appliance, cracks in the body are a serious safety concern. A damaged immersion rod can potentially lead to electrical hazards, short circuits, or other dangerous situations during use. I am extremely disappointed with the product's durability and would urge the manufacturer to look into this issue seriously. Products of this nature should meet higher safety and quality standards to ensure user safety.

Essential things on winters or rainy seasons.
Winter or rainy season a must have water heater, fast and reliable source. Immersion level is accurate upto marked level. It's has absolute shockproof handle body. Water steam heat reaches high level at 15- 20mins for a bucket with 18-25 litre of water.
