Brilliant! I've been using this pan for stir fries regularly for a couple of months and it is just a pleasure to cook with. Handle is soft to hold and the pan feels substantial without being too heavy for the size. I have a complete set of Nuovva pans and am very happy with the quality, look and performance on an induction hob. Outstanding value for money and highly recommended.

Firstly let me say that I don't post reviews that often and only when a product deserves it and this wok surely does. I bought this when my old Tefal wok gave up trying to be non stick. I nearly went for a new Tefal one but am so glad I didn't! The size and weight of this wok is just about right, it feels very solid, the removable handle is a great feature making it easier to clean and store with the lid being a bonus. The Achilles heal of my old wok was tofu, more stuck to the wok than made it into the dish, but there are no problems with this wok! It heats evenly and almost seems to repell food, I've not had anything stick yet and doubt I will. What can I say apart from this wok is worth the money!!

The Nuovva Induction Non Stick Wok Pan has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen arsenal. Its non-stick surface and induction compatibility make cooking a breeze, and I've been consistently impressed with its performance. However, after a few uses, I noticed that the white color on the bottom changed to cream. While this was a minor cosmetic issue, it didn't affect the pan's functionality at all. Despite the discoloration, the pan still does its job perfectly, delivering even heat distribution and easy cleanup. Overall, I highly recommend the Nuovva Induction Non Stick Wok Pan to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cooking companion.

These pans are a gem, it is a shame to use them, you would never want them to be damaged, they are really beautiful, but apart from that they are strong, made of magnificent material, with a slightly eclectic avant-garde design, for my kitchen which is a retro farmhouse style they adapt perfectly . , but they could also be in a modern or very elegant kitchen. This frying pan has a well thought out design, the wood is beautiful, the glass on the lid is thick, the design is wonderful, its side handle to hold it gives you not only safety, but also possibilities to sauté food, flip a heavy Spanish tortilla, or make a paella, a meal for four without the slightest problem, you can see its strength, firmness and quality immediately, it is very worth investing in it, it is a dream, we have not cooked in it yet, but as soon as I do it and After time, I will complete my review again, for now I recommend it 100%.

I’m very happy with this walk. It’s easy to clean and works very well on my induction hob and also it’s easy to store because the handle is removable. Overall I’m really happy with this purchase.

Fabulous product, highly recommended. Very fast delivery. Value for money, non-stick, very easy to clean, huge frying capacity, very soft handle, no needs of using oil.

Pros: Has a great look and feel, large capacity, works on induction hobs.Cons: heat distribution seems uneven and some of the Teflon coating has come off onto the food (see photo) even though I haven't used any abrasive utensils with it, only a silicon spatula.

Looks very thin and cheap. But used it and works well, cleaned with a kitchen paper instead of wet sponge, and it cleaned up well.Still, I have saved the box and will wait and see if it will scratch or chip and send it back.The little sauce pan I bought from the same company looks and feel much better quality and durable than this wok (and it was not cheap!)
