They are very absorbent adult briefs even for overnight so that you aren’t changing your client every few minutes. They wick moisture away from the skin very well. I’ve not had issues with skin breakdown. I love that this company also makes them in XS if you need them. They are true to size, strong, comfortable and fit well under clothing without too much bulk. I hope they never stop making these.
