I like that there are options that you can choose regarding how you play. It was easy to learn and fun to play. Our family loves this game!!!

Much better than most people will give it credit for. Almost a strained twist on trick taking. Excellent game, I cannot recommend it enough.

The pieces are brightly colored and are attractive. Reading through the instructions, they seemed simple to understand and complicated enough to make play fun for adults. Installation/setup: Keep and play yourself with friends or give as a gift. Final thoughts: I got this as a gift for my adult daughter and her boyfriend. They love all things Japanese and it was a no brainer. The game was a perfect gift and they have loved it and play it with their friends. The game is quick and active, keeping them replaying it with the alternate ways to play. I like this and my kids are having a great time with it. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Fun tile-laying game where you try to be the first to get rid of all of your tiles. You score based on the final tile you play/go out on. The starting player leads a tile (aka Attack), subsequent players can follow (aka defend) by playing a tile with the same value from their own hand, and then leading out with a new tile. This continues until someone goes out, and scores points based on the final tile played. First to 10 points wins. The game includes several variations (with cards showing the scoring for each variation). This should provide plenty of replayability as you change the rules for each game (just don't switch rules during a game). I like it!

This game is pretty simple and easy to pick up. I brought it to my local board game meetup and we had an enjoyable time playing. The artwork is awesome. There are options for four-player 2v2 team play, or even a 5-person free for all. The strategy is simple but requires skill to master.

Even just looking at the box this game gives off a "this is nice" kind of vibe. It's simple yet fun. The instructions give multiple ways to play from simple to a little more complex giving some options. While it's not a pure luck game it's pretty close (unless i'm doing it wrong ;). Most of your success or failure just comes down to what you get dealt. Its fun but I don't see it as one of those games you go too far out of your way to play but nice to change up the games now and then.

Honestly, it took a few reads of the instruction manual to get a hang of the instructions and even then I'm not sure I'm playing the game right. However, the actual game set itself is quite nice, all the pieces are well made and feel sturdy. I think it's cool that there are multiple different conditions so you can have a different game each time you play. I do wish the instructions were a bit more clear and easier to understand, but otherwise I think it's worth trying.

My son is very into everything kungfu styled, so I wanted to try this. It is a very good game and can work for children as young as eight and adults. It's very fun and will require a bit of thinking and strategizing. I love the quality of the pieces, which seems excellent. I was unsure what to expect as the box is small, but once I opened it, it felt high quality and worth the price. Overall, we are very happy to add this to our game night rotation.

Typisch Oink Games. Kleine Packung mit haptisch und optisch ansprechendem Spielmaterial für eine Menge toller Spielzeit. Kam bisher bei jedem gut an. Man muss erstmal dahinter kommen, wann man welche Steine zu welcher Zeit am Besten legt, aber das hat man nach 2-3 Proberunden schnell raus. Bereue keinen Cent.

Ich bin mit vielen Brettspielen und monatlichen Spieleabenden aufgewachsen und mein Vater sammelt noch immer. Für 40€ würde ich bei einem Brettspiel eigentlich eine etwas größere Box erwarten. Aber die Mahjongartigen Steine machen schon was her und verleihen dem Spiel einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck, auch wenn man sich an die stilistische Schriftart der Zahlen etwas gewöhnen muss. Der Rest ist aus Hartpappe. Das Format macht das Spiel natürlich deutlich portabler. Die Box ist kaum größer, als die vieler Kartenspiele. Das Spiel hat eine interessante Ästhetik, auch wenn ich es etwas schade finde wie wenig sich Kampfsport im Spiel eigetlich bemerktbar macht, da es nunmal mit Zahlen gespiel wird. Es ist aber ein durchaus interessantes Spielkonzept mit Glück, aber auch vielen Strategieelementen und wenn man erstmal weiß wie es geht muss man kaum noch was lesen, also auch für Mitspieler geeignet die nicht so gut englisch können.

Ich bin ein begeisterter Brettspiel-Fan und freue mich immer wieder auf neue und innovative Spiele. In diesem Fall überzeugt das Spiel durch die schicken Mah-Jongg Steine und den einfach gehaltenen Spielbrettern. Sicherlich könnte man dieses Spiel auch mit Karten spielen, mit den Steinen wirkt es aber ein wenig traditioneller. Qualität: Die Mah-Jongg Steine sind von sehr guter Qualität und aus Plastik. Allerdings hätten die Zahlen für meinen Geschmack noch ein wenig deutlicher geschrieben sein können. Manchmal muss man zwei Mal hingucken, um die richtige Zahl zu finden. Die Spielbretter und Siegpunkte sind aus stabiler Pappe, so dass ein Wiederspielen problemlos möglich ist. Lediglich 3D-Spielfiguren oder ein modernes Design fehlt hier. Das Spiel scheint absichtlich klassisch gehalten zu sein. Spielablauf: Vor dem Spiel wird ein Kampfbrett gewählt, die das Spiel-Geschehen beeinflussen und jede Runde ein wenig Abwechslungsreicher gestalten. Im Anschluss zieht jeder Spieler eine bestimmte Anzahl von Steinen, wobei der Startspieler einen zusätzlichen Stein zieht. Die Runde gewinnt die Person, die zuerst keine Steine mehr hat. Je nach Kampfkarte werden die Siegpunkte unterschiedlich vergeben und das Gesamtspiel gewinnt diejenige Person, die zuerst 10 Siegpunkte hat. Der Startspieler greift mit einem beliebigen Stein an und legt ihn auf die obere Leiste. Besitzt ein anderer Spieler die gleiche Zahl kann er diese auf die Verteidigung (untere Leiste) legen und ist somit am Zug und darf selbst angreifen. Kann kein Spieler verteidigen, ist der Angreifer noch einmal dran, darf aber zusätzlich einen Stein verdeckt auf die Verteidigungsleiste legen. Diese verdeckten Steine zählen auch zur Schlusswertung dazu. Fazit: Bereits zu Zweit macht dieses Spiel großen Spaß. Da jede Zahl unterschiedlich oft vorkommt und man nie genau weiß, welche Steine der Gegner besitzt, muss man seine eigene Strategie entwickeln, damit man den Gegenüber überrascht. Mit den zusätzlichen Kampfkarten und der Möglichkeit Teams zu bilden, ist auch der Wiederspielwert hoch.
