issues with connectivity and paper loading
worked for a few days and stopped connecting to my computer, I have to use the mobile app for print command... since morning trying to print something, now its giving me problem loading paper... and its not working....will not reccomend this product at all

Very Slow printing, not practical
Very slow to print. I have to keep the document open in my phone until it is fully printed, which means I need to leave my phone for an hour to print 10 pages. It does not a cassette paper feed, and keeps jamming. I wish I can return it.

Printing quality is very low. Product quality is also not good. Earlier I used L3060 model that was very good but this doesn't meet expectations.

Not bad, but not good either.
My first Epson after owning multiple Hp and Canon printers, thinking this would be less buggy. And I was not prepared for this. The app refuses to scan to PC, saying error in connection and nothing else. The app and everything else is barebones compared to hp and canon. And remote printing seldom works, with no failure report. I don't trust the printer anymore. Connects only to 2.4GHz wifi. And does not work if printing from a 5GHz wifi of the same network. This is a real bummer. My 7 year old hp could connect to either 2.4 or 5 and print from the other. And when everything is right, it works well. Reliably. Print quality is decent, but I don't see many settings to customise colours etc for photos. Scan is good too, and does not need online sign in like hp, which is a huge relief. Only the scan alignment is opposite to that of hp and canon. Definitely sufficient for school work prints etc, but not so much if you want more control.

WiFi setup is big issue This our forth printer from Epson but WiFi setup is difficult. Epson most make it easy
