## Description

Product Description          Efcolor low temperature enamelling powder can be used on a variety of materials without the need for a kiln. Many effects can be achieved by firing the object in a domestic oven at 150 degrees C, on a hotplate or with the Efcolor tea-light stove available separately. The result will withstand temeratures up to 180 C. Pre-fired Efcolor pieces (also available) can be additionally decorated. Add embellishments to copper blanks, use wire to make motifs, stencils to decorate, add Efcolor glitter for additional Depth of colour. The only limit is your imagination. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: can this be used for firing on a brazing hearth?**
A: Efcolor enamels are resin based LOW TEMPERATURE enamels (not glass based) and can be fired in a DOMESTIC OVEN and will harden at 150 degrees C so I'm not sure if that would work - sounds too hot to me.

**Q: Can you mix the opaque colurs to get another colour when heated?**
A: I've never mixed them to get another colour but there a fine powder so I would imagine they would be slightly speckled when melted but really don't know.

**Q: How much coverage would you get from 10 mil**
A: I have no idea.  1 pendants worth, similar to that shown, took not even a 10th. It goes a very long way.

**Q: Can this be used on baby casting?**
A: If you read the description it states which materials it can be used on and what temperature the enamel is heated to. It depends exactly what the baby casting is made from as to if it would be safe.
