I bought this bracelet for my daughter for the 1st birthday party. The bracelet looks wonderful. Solidly made, light, shiny. My daughter is very strong and smart so she can take off alone, but there is no chance that she would swallow such a large object, so it is still safe. I had such a bracelet for my son for christening and I know that after a few years the bracelet darkens. But no problem, just soak it in salted water or water with vinegar. You can also clean the bracelet with toothpaste or washing up liquid with baking soda. I am satisfied with my purchase. It is a safe product for children and worth the price
