It runs relatively quietly compared to other products, and I was thoroughly satisfied with its size, design, and performance. I recently purchased a replacement unit; I hadn't used it until today, but now I'm encountering a serious issue. Even though I did not exceed the maximum fill line, the contents swell up while boiling, causing the lid to pop open on its own and the liquid to overflow. I was standing right there watching it, and I had to physically hold the lid down—only for it to pop open again—three separate times. Could this be a defect with the lid? I would appreciate it if you could look into this.

I always wanted a nut/oat milk maker but when they first came out they were too pricey , so I waited . I have been drinking oat milk for a few tears now , but the only brand I could get had so much unnecessary other ingredients besides just oats & water . I tried making nut/oat milk in my blender but it is not a high power blender so didn't work out . Then I got a Amazon gift card for my Birthday & thought I would look for a nut/oat milk maker , I wanted an easy smaller model but with great reviews since I am a newbie , I had this MOKKOM and another brand in my cart comparing them & watching videos of the two , The Mokkom had better reviews so I went with it , and I love it so easy , a bit loud but no louder than my bread maker or blender so I can deal with that . I made oat milk yesterday & follow the booklet & ohhhh my so yummy , I used sprouted rolled oats not instant oats as per lots of the videos stated not to use instant oats . so creamy not watered down like other premade store brands and I could taste a hint of oats which tells me what the H was I really drinking with the store brought oat milk which really had no taste , I used 4 scoops (included) and 2 cups of cold filtered water to one batch and it is so good , creamy and clean up was so easy I used the cleaning option & the brush(included) nice & clean & since the instruction booklet states the blades are sharp I used a towel to dry the insides just a bit & turned upside down to dry further . I love it so far , after I get more experienced, I might look for a bigger model because I use oat milk /nut milks for every thing , iced tea/coffee/chi , drinking straight & in my baking/cooking and cereal .

This product stopped working just after the 90-day warranty expired. It still runs, but after each run, I only get whole bean with hot water. I should have listened to the negative reviews on Amazon and never bought this. Unfortunately, those concerns turned out to be accurate. I have been extremely careful with this machine from day one. I always filled water strictly between the min-max lines and only used it once per day. There was no misuse or overloading whatsoever. For comparison, my previous milk maker from another brand is still working perfectly after 15 years. That really puts the reliability of this product into perspective. Don’t be fooled by the sleek look or modern design—reliability matters much more. I strongly recommend choosing a more dependable brand instead.

Bought this about 8 months ago & continue to love how this performs. So happy w/milks w/out emulsifiers or preservatives - just water and whatever you choose to add. The included recipe book along with a cloth & sieve is all you need to get started. I primarily make unsweetened almond milk with just two ingredients - almonds & water. I have made w/vanilla, as the recipe suggests, but have found the less ingredients I put in - the better it tastes to me. I haven’t tried any other nut milk makers so can’t compare to others but this has held up well for my use, looks great and is easy to clean. Also, I do not make hot beverages w/this - it’s a grinder to me and has done a great job in that capacity. As for the noise level, it’s pretty mild - you can hear it but it sounds tame next to my standard model blender. My experience has been very positive and I’d recommend it to others.

An almost perfect solution for people who only need 1 serving a day. Easy to use, not too loud, smooth enough that I don’t need to filter the drink. Prepping is extremely easy and cooking is fast (24 minutes for the 202f mode). The only thing that’s slightly undesirable is the bottom part is not waterproof, so you have to be careful when cleaning the machine. Fortunately cleaning is easy enough so I am still very happy with the purchase and will keep using it.

I heard about this from a friend, and I'm so glad I did. We have bought almond milk for years, and this is so much cheaper even buying organic almonds. I don't use the heat function to preserve nutritional value. It makes a full batch in about 3 minutes (FAST) with everything ground up perfectly and no left over residue in the bottom. One mistake I made at the beginning was trying to push the programming buttons. They are touch sensitive (not pressure) so tap lightly and it works like a charm. It comes with a recipe book to tell you how much almonds, coconut, or whatever to use. Been using it daily for about a month now. No issues. Love it!

I typically ignore 1 star reviews as they are mostly emotionally driven. Nonetheless, I am writing a 1-star review for valid reasons. If you are considering this product, please read and be aware. Product Quality - I am a HW engineer (used to worked at Amazon among many other top-tier HW companies) and know a thing or two about product quality and what it takes to make a quality product. - On the contrary to its clean and smooth look of this product, quality of this product doesn't match its look. - I bought this product on Jan 2, 2025 and stopped using it by the end of the month. - As some of the reviewers claimed, it just stopped working. The milk maker powered on but that was about all it did. - None of the buttons became unresponsive all of a sudden and remained so. Customer Service - Did I mentioned that I am a HW engineer who knows one or two about product quality? :) - I also know that there is no perfect product on earth. All the products fail at some point and I come to live with that fact. - What made my rating from 3ish stars to 1 (wish I could make it zero) is company's customer service or lack of it. - I contacted its customer service by email (although it is not the best way) as there was no other contact information. - And there was no response just like this defective unit. Not even an automated reply. - Why does the company even put its email if it's no use for its customers. Maybe just for formality. - I ended up resolving the issue with Amazon (my former employer) which provided exceptional customer service. Its number one leadership principle is Customer Obsession! This kind of products, unfortunately for many other less known quality products available at Amazon, tarnishes the value of no-name brands for customers. It certainly deserves to be recognized by customers and should be discouraged for future business. If you are in the market for the same type of product, I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere. Your time is worth more that what this brand can offer.

It's the best soymilk maker I have ever bought. The soymilk it makes is so creamy, smooth and delicious, the machine is also in good quality, I am really happy with it, love it, I definitely recommend the product!
