Originally purchased this hose because we had so much rain earlier this Summer that our backyard had a small swamp forming in it. We were able to connect this hose to a sump pump and direct the water away from where it was pooling into a gully that leads to a nearby creek. The beauty of this hose is, we also have a pool that uses the same size backwash hose for the filter. After years of having to replace worn and blown backwash hoses made of less sturdier materials, we now have a hose that we believe is going to hold up for years to come because of it's fire hose quality. The purchase of this hose also means we are not tossing things into the landfill every 1-2 years that are plastic/vinyl in nature. A total win for the environment and for us in terms of cost effectiveness. The price on this is so affordable and it is a high quality hose. It even comes with a bag to store it in when not in use. It dries out quickly and rolls up nicely for storage or the off season. It came with two clamps but we didn't use those because we had one that was just a little bigger that worked better for us. We are beyond thrilled with this purchase!

Fast delivery and does its jib

It does not stretch, so is hard to get onto the nozzle of the filter, but other than that, it's heavy-duty and rolls up pretty small for storage. We have a nozzle attached to a screw-on cuff, so we can leave the hose clamped onto the nozzle all the time.

I love this hose. It is wide fits over just about any pipe on my inground pool pump system. I use it for backwash reliable flexible will probably be the last backwash hose. I need to buy affordable worth the investment.
