Exploring the "Wall Pilates BIBLE [7 BOOKS IN 1]"
One feature that stood out was the inclusion of seven books in one. Each book covered different aspects of Pilates, from core strengthening to improving flexibility. This comprehensive approach allowed me to tailor my workouts based on my specific fitness goals and needs.

Almost no pictures, bloated word count, little instruction
The media could not be loaded. This reads like a blog post where the author is getting paid by the word and really stretching each sentence to the longest and most repetitive it can be.Each "book" could be condensed to a couple of pages of writing. Each one has a multipage intro about why pilates is good for your mind and body, followed by a list of exercises without much instruction, followed by a multipage outro about why pilates is good for your mind and body and anxiety, etc.The back cover says that every page brims with easy to follow illustrations, among other things. It's 271 pages. I counted seven photos (in only the first book) and all were a different style - photo/line drawing/cartoon/anatomical cartoon, as though they took stock images from the internet, and did not intentionally create these for the publication. I only found a few descriptions for any actual exercises.Unless you are already familiar with pilates and form, this is not very helpful. It refers to a video course included, and there is a QR code to access it. I wanted a book with images and instruction, or I would go straight to YouTube for video.If you have a hard time with small print then this is large and easy to see.

Not great
I was thinking this would have grid workouts to show you what to do. It doesn’t. It’s a giant book. I have had other workout books where they give you a clear workout routine. Save your money.

Amazing Bible… The Video Course is a precious surprise
The media could not be loaded. This book is a real Bible, with about 270 pages of exercises, information on Pilates, security measures and every kind of wall Pilates exercise plan you can read about. It is well written and information inside is interesting to read. At the end of the book there is a QR code as you can see in the video, and it gives you links to the video course that is an AMAZING SURPRISE. You can visually follow all the exercises and there is also a section with an entire exercise plan. The idea of the Video Course was superbe! I really enjoyed this book and I highly recommend it!

Wall Pilates BIBLE - 7 BOOKS IN 1: Transform Your Body in 28 Days
This guide is definitely helping me to improve my core stability, overall body stability, flexibility and posture. It is a collection of excellent exercises, sorted by increasing order of complexity. The first exercises offered will obviously be less difficult to perform, while as you flip through the pages the positions will become less simple, so you need to be trained to perform them. In my opinion, the book collects the most complete and famous exercises, but also some little-known ones, which I have enjoyed trying out and have proven to be very effective. The book is very detailed, exhaustive, in fact I recommend it if you are looking for a complete manual on wall Pilates.

Wall pilates bible
I was pleasantly surprised by it's good workout. I feel better after just a few days. I started with a day of doing cardio, a day of abs, then a day of full body so I could learn the moves. It's like a yoga workout where you're doing a dynamic stretch. It's easy on the joints. Great for newbies or older folks who want gentle workouts. 3 of my favorites..climb a mountain, wall squats on one leg, lifting on the toes. Work it hard, do lots of reps to get a good workout. Heart pumping.

Wall Pilates bible
My aunt has always been passionate about Yoga and Pilates ; she practically has a cabinet where she keeps all the books with exercises to do . Also on her Kindle to make sure we don't miss anything , she has additional books of exercises and somewhat complicated positions . So I decided to expand the library with this additional book . She was missing one like it . It looks interesting , I think it could be a good challenge for her

Review: Wall Pilates BIBLE [7 BOOKS IN 1]
As a Pilates teacher with 15 years experience I wanted to see what the wall pilates hype was. You probably only ever need one wall pilates book to get the gist and this one seems to cover most of the concepts quickly and easily. Clear pictures and instructions easy to follow. Nothing to revolutionise the matwork and most of these can be done using small stability balls if you don't want sweaty feet on your studio walls.
