This is a fantastic product. It doesn’t sting, takes away pain and irritation, helps prevent scarring while healing, often times healing faster. Immediate relief. From everything like bug bites to minor burns. Please read instructions before using.

Highly reccommended, especially fo[r kids.
Use this and the non-antibacterial version all of the time. Was super useful when the kids were young to numb up injuries so we could clean them without violence.

First Aid Spray for On-the-Go: Convenient, But Not a Complete Substitute
I picked up this first aid spray to keep in my bag for minor cuts and scrapes, and it's definitely convenient for on-the-go use. The spray nozzle makes it easy to apply without needing to touch the injury, which is a plus when you're out and about. It also dries quickly and doesn’t leave a sticky residue, so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable on your skin. That said, I wouldn’t rely on this as a full replacement for traditional first aid treatments. While it works for smaller injuries, it doesn’t have the same soothing or healing power as an ointment or cream, especially for larger wounds. I’d say it’s a good quick fix for minor cuts or abrasions, but if you need something for more serious injuries, you'll still need something more effective. Overall, it’s a handy addition to a travel or emergency kit, but I’d suggest using it in conjunction with other first aid supplies for better results.

The Big Surprise
I had a wound that was not healing well when my son suggested I use this product. I did and within days it was clear ,yes it does work. I now keep the product at several locations in the house so it is always nearby . It is worth trying..

Convenient and Easy to Use
I keep this Dermoplast first aid spray in my kit for everyday situations, and it’s been very straightforward to use. The spray application is convenient, especially when you don’t want to touch the area directly, and it goes on evenly without making a mess. It’s easy to control how much you apply, which I appreciate. From my experience, it’s been helpful to have on hand and does what it’s meant to do without any complications. The can is a good size and simple to store, making it practical for regular use. Overall, it works as intended and has been a reliable addition to my basic first aid supplies.

Really works
Have had a lifelong reaction with mosquito and insect bites which become infected to the point of oral antibiotics. Living in FL I spend a lot of time outside gardening etc. Recently I removed some old wooden landscape borders not realizing they were full of red ants until my hands and arms started burning. After showering with antibacterial soap I sprayed on Dermoplast several times a day for several days. It was the easiest and fastest recovery I had from red ants bites IEver had. Same for mosquito bites.
