I’m very happy with this product, I received it in the afternoon and by teatime I was making pizzas by a well known pizza chef. My next bake will be sourdough bread. No more juggling adverse weather and safety conditions using outdoor ovens in winter! I particularly like tat this oven come with a Refectory stone and a Biscotto stone. IT IS THE ONLY OVEN THAT (REALLY) CAN REACH OVER 500 °C (932 °F)This oven, although unknown to many, is the undisputed King for homemade pizza.It is the only oven able to cook pizza a 90 seconds.It is very popular in Italy.It is electrical and indoor, much more practical than others that overheat too much and can be used only in the garden.The thermal isolation of this oven is amazing.You can even adjust the temperature on the top and bottom separately.Therefore if your pizza is already cooked on bottom you can switch on only the top and leave the bottom switch off.With the Effeuno P134HA 509 you can really cook everything to perfection, including of course Pizza and Bread.The price is steep but you pay to have the best oven. Because this oven P134HA is higher than P134H you can cook perfectly any time of bread.The Team and Seller Blackrockgrill are amazing.Delivery next day in a very good and protective packaging.I would not recommend enough both the Effeuno oven and this Seller.Thank you
