Four months later, it turns butt ugly.
The good news is that it appears to still be weatherproof and comfortable. The real bad news is that after 4 months of very light use, the jacket is too ugly to be seen in public because the material is pilled up into ugly tumbleweeds all over the jacket (see photos). I'm no fashionista, but it's ugly factor is too extreme for even the least discerning redneck.

Great lightweight bring everywhere jacket
Overall a great jacket. It rolls up pretty well and fits into a sack. The only issue I have is that the material is not terribly strong. I have successfully taken it into the back country without issue but I wouldn't rely on this in heavy bush. It's very light weight and great for most camping situations. If you are going to use it on long camping bring some duct tape for emergency patching.
