Love this rice cooker. So easy to use, very efficient and weighs the food you have inside to adjust an appropriate cooking time, and big enough where you can make a large amount of rice. I love the colour as well! Haven't had the chance to use the basket yet, but I'm sure it works great. I would recommend.

The one star is because the colour looks amazing but it's terrible for cooking rice. I've tried 3 times now and it doesn't cook for long enough. It switches to warm in about 10 mins and then obviously the rice is still hard. There is no way the cook button will stay on since it's flipped to warm. So after trying several times to cook rice, it has never managed to actually cook the rice. I can't seem to contact seller or do a return even though I've only had it 2 months. Don't buy it.

Bought because my hob was not connected. Small and versatile but still large enough for a family of 4. Easy to use as a steamer but took some practice to get the rice perfect. Would have helped if there was an instruction booklet

The appliance works well as it should, there was a click noise from the lid handle when heated but after tightening the lid handle the noise was gone ,I guess it works like a timer/reminder if adjusted differently just like a whistling kettle. Happy with it as you can see on the pics 🫠

The first time I used the cooker, I was scared by the loud 'click' noise, sounded like a glass was overheated and broken. Since then, whenever it is in use, there is 'click', sometimes loud, sometimes softer. Don't go close to it while it's in use... Scary!I've been using rice cooker for decades, this is the first cooker that the cooked rice with crispy burnt bottom layer.There's a slight dent on the outter body, which can be tolerated.Other functions are good.Perfect size for 1 personSave spaceFunctions with slow mode is better than fast modeIf not 'Clicking', it would be GOOD.

Have only cooked rice so far and it turns out so nice and fluffy! Keeps food warm and the water doesn't boil over. I cook rice on quick mode and it comes out amazing.Sometimes I hear the glass lid click? Not sure why, but it doesn't have any scratches or anything.
