First of all, AllBoutHue's Cocoa Butter Body Cream is made in the USA. This is made w/ good ingredients, and is 100% Vegan. Important starters. Inside of the box, there are little magnets w/ inspirational quotes. I like it when companies add these little touches to their products as it shows both appreciation to detail, and to the customer. The body cream itself leans heavily into the cocoa scent for its cocoa butter. Many do not, and I was initially thrown off by this, until I remembered that it states this as its aroma in the description. Also in the description is an incorrect picture of a whipped body cream. AllBoutHue's cream is runny, more of a liquid lotion than a cream. It is somewhat moisturizing, but not enough for me, so I added unscented shea butter to thicken this. Both pros & cons, so a solid 3 as it's a good price for the amt you are receiving: it's just not entirely correct in its description.

While this is my first order this is actually my second jar. My friend had a jar and let me try it out since she loved it so much and I too fell in love 😅. I ended up liking it so much that my friend gifted me a jar (which I just finished) so I had to restock. I have pretty dry skin that's also a bit sensitive and not everything really gives me that deep moisture but this is perfection! I would recommend it any day! I also picked up a few of the other products since I was so impressed and they have not disappointed.

No joke, I this moisturiser is no joke! I like this line of products, I decided to try them all and they have really good ingredients. My regular lotion and moisturiser are garbage in comparison.

I can not open the jar. Extremely tight lid. Cant use product..it seemed like an excellent product but no use if it doesnt open

Super moisturizing and non greasy. It’s smooth and rubs in easily. Perfect before and after self tanning! Very absorbent and the smell is heavenly!

I've made my own Shea butter moisturizer in the past and I thought this is convenient to have something already made with good ingredients. I was a little bit surprised when I opened the jar and tried this cream. The texture and feel is more of a running light lotion than the usually slightly hard buttery feel of Shea butter. I don't recall ever mixing Shea butter to be this runny of a lotion. It's an okay moisturizer. I'm more used to Nilotica Shea butter and the other butters I mix with it. If you like the dove type lotions this is a good option. If you like the regular mix of Shea butter and other ingredients to be more of a more dense butter.. then this might be a turn off. The positive it that it's not as oily as straight Shea Butter. This cream leaves a weird smelling cocoa. It's smells of an off chocolate that some might not like, but it doesn't stay around for too long. I'm not a fan, but it deserves a higher rating as it's made with good ingredients and packaged well.

Amazing! That is teh first thing I thought about the Allaboutthehue Body butter! When I opened the tub, it looks like it must be hard as it appears to be spooned in the the tub and it looks gloopy ... not smooth like a cream that is more of a liquid and settles like liquid. Then you touch it ... and it just literally melts into your fingers! It is SOOOOOO soft and when you rub it on you skin it start absorbing immediately. It feels so smooth and it is absorbed rather quickly, within a few minutes. Then you skin feels soft, really soft. And it stays this way for hours and hours, for me it lasted even through multiple hand washings. I am a health care worker. so I wash my hands quite a bit during my shift, and this is an amazing product!My skin had no reaction to this product (except that my skin felt hydrated and wonderful!). It does have a stronger scent of chocolate. I like chocolate, just not used to my skin products smelling like it! For how amazing this feels on my skin, I will take it!This is a 6-start skin cream!Edited to add: I have been using this for a while and I cannot tell you how hydrating it is! This is absolutely wonderfully designed! It literally melts on your skin and when it is absorbed and dry feels amazing. I have come back and purchased more tubs to gift to others because I like the product so much. Not sure if they could make other scents, it might be fun to have other choices, but this is such amazing lotion! I love it and I have shared it with some of my friends and they have also loved it!
