Initial impressions of these earbuds are pretty positive. I own a couple other JBL portable Bluetooth speakers and I absolutely love them. Honestly I didn't expect skull rattling bass or insane top tier quality sound wise for the price, as I got these for a budget friendly portable solution. I can say straight up for what they are I'm thoroughly impressed all around. They're quite comfortable and the case isn't a big lump, and overall feels solidly made. A key thing to remember is the app really is a must. Aside from configuring the gestures and other features, the equalizer is really needed. The stock EQ is rather flat and can lead to underwhelming results. Some minor tweaking and the sound is quite enjoyable with clear and clean minds and highs and warm bass with a respectable amount of punch. The active noise cancelation seems reasonable as I can't even ear my TV at reasonable volumes when in the same room. The pass through does have a bit off hiss when you have no other audio really playing in the background, but for me personally that's not a big deal as if I'm going to be talking any amount I'd be taking them out, or using a different headset for long phone conversations (I did really buy these mostly for music listening mind you so if they do perform well in calls that's just a bonus). All in all for the money I paid I'm pretty pleased. After a week or so I'll update with anything new. Considering this is the first set of Bluetooth earbuds like this I have bought, I would highly recommend these as a good budget friendly pair.

It’s an awesome product, or it would be it it we’re to work properly, my two main issues are the disconnections and the fact that it’s not as comfortable as I thought it would be. After wearing it for a certain amount of time the earbuds start to hurt my outer ears, sound is still great and if it didn’t disconnect I wouldn’t even pay attention to the discomfort because it’s most likely due to my small ears.I did contact JBL and they are as great as always so they will replace my defective earbuds but if you’re planning on buying earbuds, JBL has other, better options apart from this one, some people have had June same complaints as mine.I recommend JBL always but for this specific one I wouldn’t.

No he podido ajustarlos bien. De repente me ajustan y no duele a la larga, pero al día siguiente no. El sonido muy bueno. Llamadas sin problema.

Once I got the right and left to connect to each other, sound was good but they kept falling out of my ears. I tried every combination of tips and rings but no luck. I have returned them.
