I can't get it to work I wold not buy another one. There is no longer an app in the plastered for this camera. Bought this because I already have 3 of them, but I can't connect it , because it doesn't work with Android phones. And now can't add older cameras to new phone , so they are now useless to me. Poor customer serviceDO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE AN IPHONE

Decent price for a PZE camera but I don't particularly like the app or cloud storage. I would prefer to store everything local.

The app used for the camera is so old and outdated didn’t have many downloads for it either and basically useless waste of money now I just have a cheap camera sitting around in a box somewhere

The picture both day and night is fantastic. Very crisp, sets lighting perfectly. Slight green tinge to the daylight but the detail is perfect. Very clear.Sees though rain and fog surprisingly well! No issues with cold.Software and connection was easy. Similar to other cameras. The pan and tilt and zoom are great through the app.Sound is...okay. picks up background noise badly so voices can be really hard to make out. Not great but better than nothing.Recording to your phone is easy but on demand only (you have to be logged in).Connections are good but the cable to the outlet is a problem...fairly short and with a big wall wort that both doesn't look like it should go outside and won't fit in a recessed outdoor outlet. I had to get a little extension cable.The cloud storage software is where it really stinks. First the motion detection never triggers. Ever. The website has no info on anything but paying and is a chinese site translated to English. I paid the intro $1 to try it and as of yet i haven't figured out how to make it capture or store a single video. There's no instructions and based on my app settings it should be catching one any time there's motion. Its been a week and there's no saved videos. I hope it doesn't autobill me because i cannot figure out how to cancel and i regret giving them my info.Hoping to set up wired collection but I'm becoming convinced this camera may just not be capable of any type of continuous monitoring.I bought a wyze for that ultimately and it's a better solution for my needs.However, I'm still going to give this 4 stars...as it depends on how you use it. If you want a camera you can log into and get a fantastic picture you can record and save on demand day or night with zoom, pan, tilt and even semi acceptable 2 way auto its great!If you want a persistant outdoor security camera...I think the software keeps it from being that. Though I'm open to suggestions if anyone has figured that out.

I don't think that I am going to use it because of the app made my phone start saying that I was getting a virus on my phone if I finished the download, so I backed out of the app and put it back in the box. I don't trust it.
