Loved the massage and heat on this chair. It heats up in second's and has several different massage modes for different patts of your body. Or all at once. I really didnt think i would be able to feel the massage from a chair. But i was amazed at what it does. And the heat isnt like a car seat. Its immediate. Awesome chair thanks guys

Very difficult to put together.

Don't buy this product. Stay away from this company. I was sold a defective chair. The left arm did not fit the chair at all. I was told to disassemble the chair then take it to UPS. The chair was delivered in a TRUCK!!! The box was too big to put in my car. Then I was told to take pictures of barcodes and whatever else they could think of. It was definitely a measure to deter me from returning this chair. It's for my DISABLED MOTHER whom I care for. I was never able to return this defective chair nor given a refund. I know this is wrong especially for an disabled person. I will be looking to sue Amazon fairly soon because they are the reason I am in this mess. No one can afford to just give money away for a product that came defective. And I will definitely be closing my account never buying through Amazon again.

I bought this lumbar support pillow for my recliner chair as my old pillow became saggy, and lacking support. Over time, my lower back would ache. This lumbar support pillow is a nice replacement. The leather material feels very comfortable and is also resistant to dirt. The color is simple yet elegant. The support inside the cushion is sufficient, and the details are well-crafted. Leaning against it behind my waist feels as if it were custom-made. The size is just right, filling the gap between my waist and the sofa. Sitting for extended periods no longer causes back pain, reducing the harm to the lower back from prolonged sitting.

I changed my mind. I think Imma give a recommendation after all.. I'm disabled and around 12 a.m i couldn't sleep as my back was hurting so i thought this would be a good time to try the vibration and heat function in my new recliner.. Well 1st of all you gotta stay tense to keep itlayed back or it just raises back up. 2nd of all it creaks a lot when you move in it..3rd of all i like never got out of it. It's like the lock for the leg rest is to far under the chair. So if you're elderly or disabled i wouldn't buy..!!! I gave it 2 stars because i like the fabric. I'm gonna ask for a refund and i hope it's easy cause it's a real pain anymore getting someone to help ya when you ask.!!!
