What I liked about this drain is that it is offset either right or left from center and not in the middle. In the middle I had a metal floor support that I did not want cut. It is also low profile and I only needed to cut 3/4 to 1” of concrete to drop it down to be even with the tile.

I purchased this particularly because I had to offset a shower drain and needed a solution. It's turned out to be perfect in that regard - the tray is stainless steel and was easy to position into the pan-liner clamping drain. No complaints at all - I think it's going to be perfect when the shower construction is completed.

I purchased the product and I did not have the plastic pieces, I wrote to the seller and immediately responded and sent a replacement! The product is exactly what I needed it, but the last response made this seller outstanding! I recommend the product!

Last minute purchase after searching the city. Fast delivery, perfect size for my project, no cutting needed. Tile looks great in the middle. Cheaper than inf..y drain people were trying to get me to purchase for $700+ dollars. Recommended

Was nervous ordering this but couldn’t have been happier. Went into house that had tub. Did not want to disturb cast iron drain lines as the were just epoxied. Drain works/looks great!!!

First I received a box with only the inner piece (assuming someone returned the item but didn’t include the drain itself)Neo drain hustled another whole drain out on their dime and I couldn’t be happier.The drain appears well built and will look very nice in my new shower!!!!

My plumber refused to install it saying he didn’t trust its quality.
