I returned these only because they wasn’t the correct size. They was nice and sturdy and not flimsy.

Unbelievable!! I'm so disappointed that an American product is so poorly made and transported. When I got the package off the porch, I knew it was going to be a disaster. The box had holes in it, it was smashed in on all sides, and looked like it had been dropped from a second story window (more than once)!! Every item in the box was broken or defective. A latch on one of the tops was broken off. I thought I would try to fix it, but before I did that, I decided to make sure the latches work. THEY DON'T!! The latch wouldn't even reach the lip that it was supposed to latch on to in order to secure the top to the bin. Every bin had pieces broken off around the tops - not a surprise given the appearance of the box. It had been re-taped at least twice, making me think that it had already been sent back. I think they just "tried" to reinforce it with a differenrt type of tape, and sent it to me. I will not order from this company again. Use them at your own risk!! At least Amazon gave an option to have UPS pick up at no charge which was good because the package was heavy and bulky.

This size tote box is great because I can easily carry it around when it's filled. The clear box makes it very easy for me to see the contents when looking for a specific item. At one time I wanted to purchase different colored totes for each holiday when storing holiday specific decor however I quickly decided this was a better choice because the clear totes with the black lids could easily be switched to suit any holiday or storage need. To label I simply took a large index card and wrote with a black sharpie what the contents were and placed it inside the box facing out. I can switch the cards at any time, they aren't stuck on there, they show through the clear walls of the totes. I'm no longer stuck with red totes that I don't need and that I can't see through. I LOVE the versatility of these. I do have some larger clear totes for oversized decor but I prefer these as I don't like having to lift heavy items to store in an attic. I'm really pleased with this purchase.

I love these storage totes but I had a lid come in broken and there's no way to request a replacement lid without having to replace EVERYTHING so it's kind of inconvenient. All around I love them I just wish there was a way to get 1 replacement lid without having to send the ginormous boxes back lol.

The totes themselves are on par with others like them, but the packaging was very poor especially considering how expensive these were and how much they must cost to ship/return. Three very large 30x20x17" totes nested with lids in a relatively light duty box with absolutely no padding or cardboard inserts to prevent them from banging around. The shipping box was the original one provided by the manufacturer and marked "fragile", but that doesn't accomplish much. A box this size should also have handhold cutouts for proper carrying to prevent rough handling. The box itself wasn't actually damaged much, just one edge a bit pushed in. All three totes were undamaged, but all three lids had cracks and broken off bits to varying degrees. I didn't plan to use the lids, so I won't be returning them.I hated spending this much for plastic totes, but I had a specific use for them and couldn't find any that met my requirements locally. I'd read the reviews and went into it expecting they might be damaged, but rolled the dice anyways. Probably could have saved some money buying used returns, but the descriptions don't indicate what exactly is wrong with them.My specific use for these... litter boxes... for three high peeing cats who don't always get along. I did some research and read info from a cat behaviorist about litter boxes and realized my current boxes were woefully undersized for my cats, as were most of the ones on the market. All the boxes meant for high peeing kitties weren't anywhere near high enough for mine, had seams that leaked, and covered boxes in general are not good for them. My requirements were for tall clear totes that are right about this 30x20x17in. "goldilocks" size that did not have any indentations or bump outs inside that would make scooping and cleaning more difficult. Day one of setup and all three cats are pretty much exclusively using the new boxes and seem to really love them. I didn't even have to cut an entry door in the boxes yet since all three seem happy to jump over the sides so far. I did put a shorter box next them that they can use if desired. I could have gotten much cheaper low-sided totes and jerry-rigged tall pee guards all around them, but I've been there and done that and found it frustrating.Can't speak to the non-litterbox uses of these. :) Thought this might be helpful to other people with high-peeing cats. These boxes were recommended several places online for this use, but none of the reviews here had mentioned it so far.

Arrived early, right size and shape.

Was anxious to use these bins as they were the size I needed for my shelving unit. I opened the cardboard box they were delivered in and they fit snuggly in the box with the bin covers on top - I couldn't see the bins beneath. The first 3 covers were fine, but the 4th was smashed and missing pieces on one end of the edge. When I pulled the bins out themselves the first 3 bins were also smashed on one corner and all the smashed pieces in the bottom of the box. Had they arrived in one piece I would have been completely satisfied with the product, even though they were a bit on the pricy side. But with them being broken - am I left to the effort of having to return them?

I ordered a pack of 4 bins, and 2 of them arrived broken (both the bin's rim and the lid). Broken pieces of hard plastic from the rim were at the bottom of the box. The corner of the box looked a little dented after closer inspection, so I assume it happened during shipping. I wanted to return them, but the package was so big and I needed at least a couple of bins immediately, so it just wasn't worth it to me.On the good side: the 2 bins that weren't damaged are great. The hand pull at the bottom side of the bin is an especially nice feature that allows them to be easily pulled out from higher shelves. From the photos, it appears that some of the other bins of the same brand, size, and price (but perhaps an older model) do not have this hand pull feature.

La calidad de las cajas es incuestionablemente buena. Sin embargo una vino rota (la que estaba hasta el fondo), pero sinceramente aplicaré el truco de la kola loka y el bicarbonato para solucionarlo. Prefiero eso que devolver todo y esperar nuevamente a que lleguen (probablemente rotas otras vez).

Las cajas son muy adecuadas para el objetivo de almacenaje. La relación costo-calidad de lo mejor. El servicio de igual manera muy profesional.

NO LO COMPREN MUY MALA CALIDAD

Clothing and storage. of clothing I found it very delicate, and if put on top of each other and moved in the car while bringing them to my storage area they were cracking and breaking. I also found one broken. In the shipping box, which was very annoying but use them and even the top to break if you put stuff on top of them, very disappointing and how flimsy they are would not suggest them for anything that has any weight or you feel like stacking.

If lid is not directly on the side clips do not work and release easily. A little flimsy but thats what you get for the price
