I'm a 65-year-old salt and pepper whose been fighting thinning hair for almost 20 years. I was talking separate bioten and collagen supplements that seemed to have plateaued in their effectiveness and decided to try Vitboost. I just finished my 4th bottle and I'm thrilled with the results. Within 30 days, I was seeing lots of new hair growth and now the entire crown of my head is fuller than it has been in years. My thinnest areas are about 70% filled in and best of all I'm still seeing lots of new hair growth. As an added bonus after about the first three weeks I noticed I had more natural energy most days. The product has a decent vitamin B complex in it that seems to be working on that level.

Have been using these for a few months now to help with my menopausal hair loss and it appears to be working. For new hair growth it takes at least 3 months so you have to keep taking it to see results. They are easy to take and I have also noticed my nails are growing faster and are stronger too.

This is a great supplement! I feel like my skin has had a terrific appearance! These pills are easy to swallow, though a little large. I haven’t noticed any side effects and I’m looking forward to the improvement on my hair and nails.

I previously tried just biotin and then I tried just collagen. My nails continued to flake and chip as they were so thin. In September I started using this product and after about 3 months my nails were super strong! Soo happy with this combo biotin collagen product! (Also I only take one of the capsules, not the recommended 2-day)

I started taking this supplement along with a few others, so I couldn’t notice the individual effects at first. Later, I stopped everything else and took this on its own. I observed that my hair (including body hair) and nails began growing faster than usual. While my nails are still a bit soft, I’m hoping that with consistent use, they’ll become stronger over time. It’s important to drink plenty of water when taking these, and I’ve found they work best when taken with a meal and other complementary vitamins. As always, it’s a good idea to do your own research and consult your doctor before starting any new supplement.
