This salt has literally changed my life. I have chronic low blood pressure, which really affects my quality of living due to frequent dizziness, fatigue, etc and I used to spend a fortune on buying electrolyte drinks, that only worked half the time. This salt is amazing!! I’ve always used pink Himalayan salt but it’s hard to source and vet where it’s actually coming from and how clean it is. I use different salts for cooking and fermenting, like pink Himalayan, kosher and flaky sea salt, but I mainly use the Baja salt in my water for hydration and mineralization. Most salts mixed into water will have you thinking you’re drinking sea water — not with this salt. Due to the drying process, it retains some of its natural moisture so it doesn’t feel dry and coarse, even though it’s a flaky coarse texture. Depending on your taste, you can find the right balance to make it taste like you’re drinking straight electrolytes. Great value for the money — it will last you months.

I love this salt. I have done research on good quality salt to add to my water and then to make homemade toothpaste. The fact that this is a mineral salt is extra beneficial. The fine grain takes some time to learn when you add to food or cooking with it because it is more of a salt you have to add with your fingers because it does seem to be more of like a moisture salt and can clump together. I can’t explain the taste but it definitely is different than traditional salt and not in a bad way. We have bought two bags of this and plan to purchase more.

Best quality Salt, well worth the price, you dont need much as it's higly seasoned.It fine milled, but slightly damp looking, which it's meant to be, I'm fine with the colour as it's not bleached white with chemicals. It has the best health benifits that any salt can offer.
