Great toy
We have a grandson who is 6 that we bought this for him for his birthday. He is obsessed with outer space and anything to do with it. even dressed up as an astronaut for halloween. We were right, he loves this. We were concerned about the smoking feature making a mess, but it definitely does not do that. It takes just a very small amount of water and it comes with a small bottle to drop it in with and it literally just smokes. Nothing gets wet. I believe it is well built. He loves the sounds that come from it. We are very happy with what we got for our money. It comes with astronauts and there are many ways to play.

Bought it for my nephew who is 4 and he absolutely loved it!!!!

Great toy to add to science fiction wargame boards
I picked this up along with a sister ship (identical except for the capsule on the top) to add to a spaceport wargaming table. I gave it a brown paint job and it looks good. The rocket disassembles into 3 parts making storage easy. I won't use the lights and mist and other features, nor the other parts of the toy so I can't really review those parts. But for my project it was very suitable.

Grandson loved it
Great Christmas present for my 3 yr old grandson. Only complaint is to make the sound start, you have to press the inside seat REALLY hard. He cant do it, and I actually have trouble doing it too!

Son loved it but it don’t make it through playtime…
Not durable for regular child’s play. When water drips on the painted areas, it smudges and fades the color off. By day 3 of owning the toy it had already chipped and cracked in 2 places and one of the orange pieces came apart (not sure if it was supposed to). My son loved the rocket and steam but unfortunately I felt is was a complete waste of money based on how short time it lasted until it was unsafe to keep. Wished it was made more durable. Would have given less stars but it was a cool concept so gave 2 stars…it is just not made well for kids!
