I am a long-time fan of Yerba Mate. I have been using this tea powder mix daily for about a month. It tastes great, similar to green tea. I drink it straight up or add a dab of honey. Mixes almost instantly in hot water. I usually have a cup in the morning to get going and sometimes a cup in the middle of the afternoon if I need a pick-up. Holy Mary's yerba mate delivers a slower steady amount of caffeine than coffee, so the energy boost is more even and lasts longer. I use it as a breakfast replacement which has helped me with weight loss. A great way to start the day during our cold Colorado winters.

It will increase your BP because it contains caffeine. However, in the long run it is supposed to help your BP. I took it this AM and noticed light headed and less hearing for a moment. My BP increased. I spoke with my mom on the phone and she said it increased her BP too. Upon a Google search it says it can do that, however in long term it's supposed to decrease it... idk yet.

I was looking to replace my all day coffee and energy drinks ( normally celsius). These were making me bloated and had symptoms of gastritis. This product helped with the transition I now just drink this. I use two scoops in the morning and 2 scoops sometime later during the day. It gives me steady energy and no crash. I also started to fast with this product. I dont eat until noon every day and stop at 7pm. Not sure hoe much of that is contributing. It's a little pricey for me but I will continue to buy because it has worked so well and it does not make me bloated.

Very easy to use, and I really like the taste. I also feel good drinking this throughout the day. I have not noticed any problems sleeping, even when I drink it late in the day. The caffeine is about 1/2 of coffee, but is also just feels less jittery. I mix a very small amount of monk fruit powder with mine to customize the taste. Like everyone else, I wish it was cheaper, but a jar does last a long time and the ease of use makes it a win for me.

Gave me horrendous gas. Had to throw it away. Also tasts awful. But after I chugged it, I'd have great energy for about 3 hours.

I personally just didn't like the taste of this product. Guess it would have been easy to use otherwise. But I can't tell you how it worked because I couldn't get it down. And I would have not reviewed, but it was a Vine product, so I have no choice. Sorry, just did not agree with my taste buds.
