I love how easy this power is to use. I have used it with both hot water to make hot tea and with cold water. I like it with a squeeze of lemon. It’s not too bitter and mixes well. I like it for the health benefits.

It will increase your BP because it contains caffeine. However, in the long run it is supposed to help your BP. I took it this AM and noticed light headed and less hearing for a moment. My BP increased. I spoke with my mom on the phone and she said it increased her BP too. Upon a Google search it says it can do that, however in long term it's supposed to decrease it... idk yet.

This brand makes great things! I really like how versatile this one-ingredient drink mix is. I don’t like how many have a ton of harmful fillers! This form of caffeine agrees with me better than coffee or black tea.

The flavor is amazing.

I first bought this brand of Yerba mate tea the end of May 2024. I paid approximately $30 per container. Today they’re selling it for almost $45 per container. In one year the price went up by 50%! That’s why it gets a one star. This company is greedy. I thought it was expensive at $30 because you only get 50 servings. There’s other brands out there where you can get it for less than what this sells for today and get twice as many servings and I’m not sure that the quality of this product justifies the cost.

I personally just didn't like the taste of this product. Guess it would have been easy to use otherwise. But I can't tell you how it worked because I couldn't get it down. And I would have not reviewed, but it was a Vine product, so I have no choice. Sorry, just did not agree with my taste buds.
