I’m a sketchbook junkie. I have all brands from most to least expensive. I ordered this one for the size. I did not expect it to be this nice. It comes beautifully packaged which isn’t a big deal but it definitely reflects the quality of this book. I plan to use it to do fashion sketching. The pages are thick and remind me a lot of the Claire Fountain sketch books which are more expensive and don’t come in this size. I think this paper will be good for light watercolor and will definitely accept mixed media well, especially if you gesso the pages.. As i mentioned, I’ll be using this one for fashion sketching but I’m going to order another one for mixed media work.

Wow, this journal/sketchbook is amazing, so beautiful and spacious, where I finally have a place to use a collection of stickers for the purpose of creating a visual storytelling journal of one’s life. The A4 had been the best size I’ve come across, but this one’s PERFECT, just a tad more space where one can still use pens to fill in the gaps between the stickers, with words and doodling that should add a nice effect and flow throughout the pages. I’ve bought smaller ones from the same company and have been happy with the quality and color choices. I chose the deeper purple and it’s beautiful, most people will probably need two hands to carry it. Worst case scenario, it could make a good conversational piece.

The BEST sketchbook I've ever had. First off, it's HUGE! It's heavy too which I personally like. The sketchbook is the same length as my torso. I absolutely love it. Worth the money. It's high quality, the cover is an amazing leather texture and the pages are thick and sturdy. It contains a bookmarking string, an elastic band that keeps the sketchbook closed, and a pocket folder at the end of the sketchbook. Definitely useful for when you want to keep lose sketches or anything else organized with the sketchbook. I haven't tried any markers or watercolor yet to test the bleed through resistance but I might come back with an edit/update once I do. I HIGHLY recommend!

I purchased the large version of this sketchbook for doing portraits and it is lovely. The paper is smooth but thick and the cover sturdy but attractive. It came beautifully packaged and would make for a lovely gift. Highly recommended.

This book is huge! you’ll have tons of room to work, but this is definitely one I would only use at home. I probably wouldn’t grab for this one if I were planning to drawing outside just because it is so large and would require a larger bag to store it in while traveling.I love that there are different colors and it does come in different sizes if you prefer to work smaller. The smaller size would be easier to transport if you’re planning on doing any plein air painting/drawing.The leather feels really good and the pages are really smooth. I can’t wait to use this. It’s absolutely beautiful and is definitely a worthwhile purchase. The pages are perforated so if you plan on removing your drawing, that’ll make it easier to do. I’m definitely going to buy another one in a different size and color as well. I really think I would like to get the purple. I definitely recommend !

I'm a professional illustrator and lifelong mixed-medium artist. THIS is the book you want. I bought an A3. It's the highest quality binding, paper that I've ever bought in a sketchbook. If you're the type of artist that is trying to use one sketchbook to create a comprehensive journaling and portfolio of your artwork this is absolutely the sketchbook. You are getting a book that is essentially the price of a Canson or Strathmore junkbook easily 10x the quality.

Beautiful thick perforated paper that you can draw your masterpieces upon without fear of bleed through. The initial deal on these was spectacular, but its still worth the updated price I see now as well. Recommended.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

It is comically large. I bought this solely as a worldbuilding journal and now I can draw giant maps and infographics. The paper weight is perfect, there is no bleeding or feathering and the texture feels good. I can say it is perfect for the fineliner pens and brushes I have but have not tried any wet media. The only issue was that it arrived with small scratches on the leather cover despite the packaging being undamaged. This makes me believe the damage happened during manufactoring. There are also tiny bits of adhesive (?) oh the inside of the cover but is very minor. Overall would recommend this and assume the smaller size books would have less chances of quality mishaps.
