This supplement has a very good assortment of helpful ingredients for joint health. As the label says an "all in one" supplement. While I didn't do a blind study, the capsules seem to provide some relief for joint pain. I have re-ordered the product.

These work really well for me! I ran out and decided to purchase a different brand of MSM with other supplements included in the mixture, because they were cheaper. I've been taking the other brand for about a week, and I can feel my joint pain returning. I believe they were also helping with muscle cramps because those middle of the night muscle cramps are returning as well I will definitely be sticking to this brand from now on! My body just feels better, overall, when I'm taking these regularly. More energy, better sleep, less pain and muscle cramps.

Seem to be helping with joint pain

I've been told that I need two complete knee replacements and I'm not quite willing to go there yet. I've tried many different products and this is the first one that I've noticed a change in the level of joint pain and mobility. I've only been using this for two weeks, so I want to see what happens after a month or two. There have been good days and stiff cranky days, but overall it's been better. So far so good! I'd recommend people give it a shot.

I take this daily and have felt a reduction in aches and pains. My joints feel much better! I keep this on re-order for about a year now and notice a difference when I don’t take it. No side effects.

The pills are quite large and almost instantly sticky when you place them in your mouth, If you have any issues swallowing pills, buy cautiously. Also, the dose is 4 pills a so you are buying a 30 day supply.
