Just doesn’t stick to skin and when it does, you only get one use. Should make the sticky side attach to clothes. Shape is a bit weird too. If you don’t get it just right, your shoulders just look wrong.

These are the best shoulder pads. Great shape with rounded edge, not hard angle like others. Great sticking power but I sewed mine in. Make a jacket look much better

They don’t stay in place and the tape doesn’t stick, they are too small to hold under a bra strap so ideally need sewing into place.
