Great quality and value
This was a great surprise. I wasn’t sure what quality this would be because it was less expensive than others, but I was pleasantly surprised. Great detail in the paintings, sturdy, no issues with opening and closing. Overall great quality for the cost. My 6 year old son is studying geography, along with food and cultures of different countries and really wanted a set of these dolls after learning things about Russia. These are perfect for him and he’s very much enjoyed them.

Schön gemachte Figuren
Die Figuren sind schön gemacht. Die Farben sind kräftig, aber nicht kitschig, die Malerei ist fein gemacht.Lediglich die Größe ist dezent zu kritisieren, da mir die Figuren etwas zu klein geraten sind, aber dennoch passt das Gesamtpaket in jeder Hinsicht.

AUTHENTIC Russian nesting dolls.
These are actually made in Russia, by hand, by artisans, and it shows. They are beautiful, well crafted, and are visibly done by hand. Alot of these on Amazon say Russian inspired and produced with Chinese innovation, which is ridiculous, you can't improve on an ancient ethnic art. If you want Russian ethinic / European arts and crafts, there's only one choice, these. Highly recommended.
