do these cannula's have a strong chemical smell?

No just a slight plastic smell which only lasts a day or so

unfortunately, yes. probably cheaper ones out there, but i like salter. also the high flow that come from my air supplier are really flimsy.

Hi flow doesn't stay soft very long

These work ok for high flow ( 7lpm) but the canula hose does not stay soft or flexible for more then a few days. I guess if this is what you like for a fit they are good t

..no flexibility...I've sworn by these exact cannulas from salter for years, I prefer this nose piece design...however, all 4 were too stiff to wear...these can't be used....I'm very disappointed...
