Maesri Masaman Curry Paste 400g

A truly authentic massaman curry paste .I always get compliments when I cook with it. Medium gear if used correctly. It is a powerful flavour, but you can add the amount of heat level that you desire to restrain the heat levels. So easy to use, hob or slow cooker. Good value packet but hard to store when opened.

For a massaman, it doesn't have a strong lemongrass taste. But when added to coconut milk and cooked down with all the usual aromatics and protein of choice, it makes a reason delicious, fast massaman curry

Massaman curry is one of my favourite dishes at a Thai restaurant and this sauce works very well with home cooking. I've done both beef and chicken massaman dishes and both went down really well with the family.

Good product

I had this curry when I went to a Thai restaurant and was blown away. I came home and bought this one to make at home.Use 300ml coconut milk to every 100ml and it’s tremendous, if not pretty hot. My wife is a spice wimp, so added some Maggi rich and rustic tomato sauce and it made it even better and less spicy.Suitable for veggies. 10/10
