Best canned tuna I've ever tried. It's moist and delicious.

The tastiest tuna at the price point. End of.

I eat a lot of specialty tuna, and this is the best I have had so far. I am a well known (to my friends and family) food snob, and I am deeply impressed with this tuna. I got the plainest version in olive oil. And it really has a lovely texture, flavor, and is an excellent portion for one person. I can see it will have many applications, and can't wait to make salade nicoise for example, but my first try was as simple as could be: Just opened a can and had it with fresh steamed rice, avocado and tomato, with a spritz of lime juice. Perfect! I have had a lot of health issues and finding a protein source like this one is a delight. This offers so much protein, in such a dense package of tasty nutrients. Thank you. PS: I also love the sailboat graphic and the vibrant colors. This cries out for some sort of upcycling art project!

I can't say I'm overly impressed, but not really disappointed either. Ortiz is good quality, with meaty 'flakes' of tuna. It reminds of what American brands of tuna used to look like years ago. Not certain if I'll buy again, because of the price. But this tasty tuna won't go to waste at my house.
