It fits and color matched..
Every headphones I've use eventually has the pad starts cracking and sooner or later you'll have to replace them. These replacement were found on Amazon. Happy with it and probably buy another set

Aiivioll replacement earpads for Sony WH-1000XM4 are well made offering good cushions and noise reduction.It comes with the inside sponge and a tool.It was easy to install later after recording the video, I have noticed that pause and play music by ear detection was sometimes working other times not working.They are comfortable and they look so similar to the originals.
