The jacket fits, just as illustrated by the model. Not tight or close fitting but bot oversized either. So id say say get your true size. (I am 94 pounds and wear an xxs in scrub tops from this brand, bought an xs in this jacket) Can wear over scrubs/uniform without discomfort or creasing. Have worn and washed quite a few times as ive had it a few months now.... so far the lining at the front of the jacket does come out/ strip but it doesn't affect the wear or look of it.The design looks just as illustrated and it does come with the detachable hood

This is a cute jacket that isn't itchy and has some stretch to it. I get lots of compliments when wearing it. Very light weight.
