This is the second set of Festavia lights we've purchased. The lights themselves look gorgeous with vibrant, sophisticated colors easily controllable from the Hue app. A number of pre-defined scenes are available from the Hue Scene Gallery though I'd like to see more variety in their Christmas scene lineup - I don't consider. Cancun, Malibu Pink, Blue Planet etc. to be particularly 'festive', though respect that others do. These lights are expensive and, if you don't already invest heavily in the Hue ecosystem then you might be better served with other products. However, for those who do have other Hue lights these are a breeze to get set up and to control with the same mechanisms you control your other lights. They're beautiful and, to me, worth spend a little extra on for a wonderful product.

They work wonderfully and are very beautiful! Philips Hue is always good, even if expensive! It all goes to show you get what you pay for, after the cheaper RGB lights I got didn't work at all.

We have a lot of Philips Hue Products. These lights add a lot of character and customization to your outdoor lighting.We originally set up a 500 length strand along the gutters for Halloween but ended up getting more to run along the roof lights from Christmas. I have had some of these lights up since mid September and they have been through rain and snow without issue. The 90 day warning is more so people don't leave them up year round as they probably will deteriorate faster with constant sun exposure and weather. But do not think these things only last 90 days in total, that's just not true.Each strand can be set up in different ways within the hue app, for Christmas I've chosen to break the strands down into the scattered option with 5 colors (2 red, 2 green and 1 white). This gives the strand a predominantly red and green look with a little bit of white scattered in.If I had one gripe it's that the apps and even Hue's own music "Sync" function sees the strand as one whole color and doesn't know that it can be split into different colors so they hopefully update the app at some point to make it some Sync can use the full light functionality of these Festavia lights.Overall, we love it and as we get our tree set up soon we'll be putting a few more of these Festavia lights on it.

Why would I spend this much money on something I can only use temporarily? It's being returned.

Totally worth the price if you have or plan on purchasing other Phillips Hue products for your home. This one strand of lights can be operated through Bluetooth and on the Phillips Hue app. Now, if you plan on purchasing a number of Hue lighting products, you may want to consider purchasing a bridge for controlling multiple lights, along with being able to sync your music through them. You can connect up to 50 lights using a bridge.This 65-foot strand of lights can not be connected to another strand, so you may want to plan and measure out an ideal location. I think I'll use this strand on my front porch during Christmas, but move them to my back patio during the summer months. The possibilities are endless with these lights. The app offers a number of scenes that you can select to create the perfect ambiance.The lights themselves are vibrant and rich in color. The app is easy to manage and understand. The lights can be used both indoors and outdoors. How long they will last will depend on a lot of factors such as specific weather conditions and how often they're used. There is no specific expiration because every scenario is different. The 90 max usage warning is labeled on many brands, not just Phillips Hue. It's there as a precautionary for lights running endlessly in outdoor conditions.

Un poco caras pero valen mucho la pena para integrarlas con el resto de accesorios hue.

La serie es sencilla de colocar en el árbol, me parece muy dinámica, y muy simple de agregar al ecosistema Hue, al igual que la gran mayoría de accesorios es necesario contar con un bridge para poder integrarla, el nivel de intensidad de los leds es bueno, nada espectacular en cuanto a intensidad, es posible usar a animaciones de juego en mi caso configurar hasta 5 colores distintos desde HomeKit, ese es el valor agregado de este producto.Un detalle que sucede con el resto de productos de Hue es que el costo es muy elevado, este en particular me pareció muy excesivo, quitando este detalle hay otro que mencionar, la luz tiene una etiqueta que advierte de no mantener más de 90 días las luces encendidas, esto para evitar un riesgo de que se quemen, no quiere decir que su ciclo de vida sea de 90 días.Por último, si se tiene un ecosistema hue y más dispositivos en casa, se puede lograr una gran ambientación navideña, creo que vale la pena solo para usuarios avanzados que ya cuenten con luces de ambiente en la habitación en la que se va a colocar, además de colocarla en árbol se puede colocar en muros, balcones etc.

lo bueno:la longitud de la serie alcanza para todo el arbol de navidadcolores brillantes, buena luminosidadtodo el control con la app y alexalo malo:le faltan presets de colores solo hay 6 y 2 son muy similares que no sabrias cual esta puesto.
