Tommy does a great job blending mindset change with practical action within a cohesive system. I normally read books with an index card as a book mark so I can take notes. I gave up with this book and just had Asana open so I could build out my to-do list on the fly.The book is short, but that's a huge feature. Any more detail and I would have missed the mindset and holistic nature of it. Any less and it would have been good, but not useful. I highly recommend it to any business owner, and I'll be buying several more copies for players in my company as well as other business owners that this will resonate with.

I learned about Tommy Mello, A1 Garage and how to build successful business practices when I attended one of Joes Polish’s I LOVE MARKETING calls. Both of these men have a ton of value and experience to share. They are fun and relatable!I’m really enjoying this book! It’s an easy read and I can’t put it down! Not a bad problem to have!!!When you read this book you will learn how to build a business where everyone wins! You learn how to put effective systems into place so that you have no other option but to GROW YOUR BUSINESS!I highly recommend this book to employees, employers, entrepreneurs, high school and college students, and anyone who is ready to be the best version of themselves!I plan on gifting a few copies of this book to some fellow friends and coworkers of mine. You will want to do the same!

I’m not sure how anyone could rate this book anything but a five star…if you’re an entrepreneur and have even one employee, regardless of industry, this is a must read. Also, Tommy Mello is the best operator on the planet so it doesn’t get more credible than him. If it works for him it’s certainly applicable for me. Great read.

This book touches a lot of different points in a real and direct way. Impactful messages that although many I've heard before just seemed to click differently. Loved the takeaways from the 5 pillars. As an entrepreneur I'm putting some of the ideas into action right away. Great read.

Certainly gets you thinking.

I love this book.No fluff, no BS just real practical ideas, tips and frameworks for building a fantastic business where everybody wins.That said it’s not just for existing and aspiring entrepreneurs, my partner is a department head in a large corporate and she loves this book too.The world has changed as have peoples mindsets.If you read Tommys book he’ll show you how that change is a positive and how to utilise it to win.If you don’t, you’ll feel like business and culture is an uphill battle.If you lead people and want to get results, read this book.

This book is amazing. I don’t normally read books, typically I’m an audiobook guy. This one wasn’t available on audiobook when it came out so I read it and a loved it.I recently went to a conference in Denver for contractors and brought 4 of these books to give out.Now that the audiobook is available I’ll be listening to that because the book is so good I need to go through it again.Thanks Tommy!
