good reliable product and brand/forces of nature/i have used it before/hemorrhoid ointments i have no blood/when using this product apply it 2 or 3 times a day i like the fact that this is extra strength also i have no burning/itching either when using this product/hemorrhoidal ointment i would recommend to anyone/with hemorrhoid/s/especially external hemorrhoids overall/great product

I'm impressed with this product for external use and it does work well with consistent use. It's a nice change from the goop.

I don't understand the positive reviews. This product made things feel WORSE down there. There was no relief at all. In fact, it made the pain even worse than before. I'm glad that I got the smallest size of this so I could try it. It's ridiculously expensive even for the tiniest size, though!

I really hope my review helps others in my situation as I spent many hours crying on all fours praying for the pain to go away.I just gave birth to my first child (and last). Labor and recovery was very traumatic. I should also mention that I have dealt with chronic constipation and digestive issues my whole life and have done nothing about it until now (28 years old/female). I used to get enemas as a kid and well I am back to using them as postpartum constipation is a whole new level of trying to have a bowel movement.I expected hemorrhoids postpartum. Most bm for me result in straining and a pea to blueberry sized hem, but I didn't expect what came with postpartum. I had my first bm 5 days after birth and let me tell you it was as painful as my delivery minus the epidural helping you through it. I passed a stool the shape and size of a tennis ball (no exaggeration) I didn't know it was humanly possible to do such a thing. This resulted in the most excruciating pain I think I have ever endured down there, 3-4 hems the size of large oversized grapes. The 10 plus stitches from my episiotomy didn't even compare to the pain in my rear end.Not to mention I had impacted fecal from that day for 3 weeks to come. I literally had to manually disimpacted myself (yes it is gross and a true nightmare) eventually I got an enema and it helped immensely ( Note: I was taking metamucil, psyllium fiber supplements, magnesium citrate, colace, eating plants, and drinking a ton of water, did the sitz bath, witch hazel, prep h, and nothing worked). This impact was putting pressure and force down on my rectum therefore doing more damage to the hems as I could not get them to go back in since it was blocked. Each time I would have a bm they would get worse and I became afraid each time I had to go.Now I know this is a lot of gross detailed information but I say it all in hopes that anyone who suffered the way I did that is looking for relief will see this and buy this medication. As mentioned above I tried EVERYTHING, everything that people say to try and THIS MEDICINE IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED. Literally the moment I put it on I felt relief and within the 24 hours the hems had shrank significantly. I wondered what kind of witchcraft was in it. After 48 hours they were half the size. I ordered a large bottle from their website as I thought to myself I can never be without this a day in my life. After 4-5 days they were nearly gone basically just flaps of skin. One week they have returned inside my body and I can now focus on keeping my stool soft so that this doesnt happen again.So if you are suffering and nothing has worked BUY THIS you wont regret it and you will get instant relief.

Tried it until almost run out, but didn’t reduce the swollen. Mine actually pretty moderate. My brother, who is has same problem and much worse, suggested to eat avocado every day. I tried it and after few days the swollen much smaller too almost gone.

After three months of being in excruciating pain and trying seven other products that I bought on Amazon, this is the first thing that works. I got some relief after the first application and significantly more after the second. It’s not completely gone, but it’s 85% better after two days. I’ve spent a fortune on other products after reading, good reviews, and time after time was let down. I thought if I kept trying different products and through the kitchen sink at it, eventually I would find some thing that worked and this is that product can’t believe it’s a oil of all things. Oh, and it make sure you know what smell like a rose which I will take after some of the really weird smells of the Chinese red brown colored appointment. I highly recommend you try it.

It might take a few days for this to work, but I've found it will help. It just takes many applications over many days. Other products I've bought from amazon don't help at all. But this has, after 4 days of constant reapplying
