You must be physically near the device to control it, making remote watering (the main reason I bought it) impossible.Technical support was effectively useless, and the setup process felt unnecessarily complex, incomplete, inadequate, and incapable of resolving the problem. I configured the hub device to connect to the WiFi and verified that the weather station was set to the local station and it performs properly with about a 95% accuracy which means the rain delay can be trusted. There have been a few occasions when I had to perform a manual activation or manual 'rain delay' as the auto rain delay was inaccurate but this has been the exception.
